We were checking our orders on our phones and my order never changed the time it would be ready. The other customer I was speaking to said her phone told her that her order would be ready tomorrow! We waited a bit and then her order was ready... I was not happy. At this point I had asked different people if my order was ready. At 7:40pm someone finally said my order was being packed up. It was 8:00pm, when my order was handed to me... I was very disappointed by the ordering. They weren't able to keep up with the orders they received. It seemed to me that the smaller orders were finished before the larger orders. When we got home, the food was not great. My aunt who ran a similar business in the state of Illinois said she would sign a waiver. The manager said it is against the FDA laws and refused to even just simply state it was the restaurants policy. When my aunt pushed on losing the second half of the food that was paid for they merely gave her three buffet tickets. For the lost of several hundred dollars of food they offset it by three $17.95 tickets. If you are socially conscious about food waste as our family is, only order two trays and a side for 40 people. It is better to leave hungry than to feel the food is simply thrown away. Ways to Improve: Being told this upfront at the time of hosting is important. It will make sure the right amount of food is ordered and dozens of people are not left wondering what happened with the leftovers. The place was clean and so I applaud that.

The portion of the food is very notable... GENEROUS and FILLING. Even my pickiest family members were asking for more. We had a lot of DIYs and they accommodated all of them. Joelle and Miriam were truly the most incredible coordinators. They were so on top of the planning as we approached the wedding and helped us keep all the details straight, make timelines, communicate with vendors, and make sure nothing important was forgotten. On the day of, they were prepared for everything, made sure the day ran smoothly, and took all of the stress away so we could just be present and enjoy the day. The catering was AMAZING - the food was incredible and all of our guests were absolutely thrilled. The charcuterie table was absolutely everything, and they even set aside a personal tray for us to make sure we got the chance to eat at cocktail hour! The pizza was truly wonderful, and they did an amazing job of coordinating personal pizzas for our guests with allergies. Our friends and family are still raving about our pizza wedding!
