The ribs were perfect. Smokey, didn't fall off the bone, but I want to be able to eat my rib without meat coming off in one bite. They were moist and very well seasoned and tender. Of course the turkey was perfect. The sliced brisket was just as good. Not all fatty pieces but lean, moist and just delicious. The mac and cheese was a little dry for my liking. I had to add some milk to it. But everyone has their version of Mac & cheese. I just prefer mine creamier and cheesier. The potato salad was good, as were the beans. Again, my opinion, the beans were a little sweeter than I am used to, but I would get them again. Now, the banana pudding was a MUST. YES, get banana pudding. My boyfriend loves the Texan Pocket Schnitzel. It's fried pork filled with jalapeños, ham, and cheese, served with mashed potatoes. I like the classic, authentic version of this. They do a fine job! I also love the Bavarian pretzel. It comes with a couple of different dipping sauces. Incredible beer pours that pair nicely with any of the meal options. We shared a flight that consisted of four different lagers. They also offer whiskey flights, brandy flights, wine flights, and cocktails.
