Hi I didn't want to write a bad review but I have to share my experience because I went to this place for a facial since the one I usually go to was temporarily closed. I had a horrible experience at this place. I had the hydrogleam facial and when I tell you that it did nothing to my skin literally did nothing. I paid $150 and all she did was just put some serums and oils and made my skin look more dull. She said that she was using a "hydrafacial" machine for the clearing and brightening of the skin. The machine stopped working in the middle of the process and she only did one side of my face and then started talking to me so I don't say anything about the machine being stopped working in the middle of the facial and no extractions nor impurities were taken out. I left just with some oils and serums on my skin. There was no mask no cleansing nor scrubbing. My skin was sticky and sweaty and so dull. The place was also under construction or maybe that is how she is going to keep it but it was not good. I feel that my money was wasted and i had an event to go to which is why i booked this place in an urgent matter and after looking at good reviews. Please avoid if you can at all costs! However she was nice and talkative but other than that the service which I signed up for was horrible. Ended up getting facial at a different place and they did amazing to rectify what this place did to my skin. read more

1st time getting surgared and loving the results! I did full-face and an add-on (for neck). I don't have a ton of hair on my face, but it's quite thick especially on side burns and have a fair amount of thick hair on my neck (we love PCOS lol). Since it was my first time getting my face sugared it did hurt quite on my sideburn and neck area a bit since the follicle was pretty thick, but Max super gentle, comforting, and took breaks in between to give me a break! Peach fuzz and rest of face couldn't feel a thing since the hair was thin there.
