This was my first time at the under Armour store at the citadel outlets. I'm usually a regular at Camarillo outlets, but I came in here to buy some clothing items. Stores fairly big and everything is organized very well . I was able to find my shirt fairly quickly. The line was fairly long but luckily people weren't buying a lot of items so it went by quickly and the team members even jumped in to add another register. So thank you to them. I probably havent bought anything from Under Armor in 10 years and I wasnt planning on it on this trip. They are known for never having my size in anything in my size but I was walking by the window and I thoigh would that shirt was nice and I wanted to see if they had it in my size. We'll of course they didnt so I figure id look for it in my son's size and wouldnt you know it. Nope. I was about to walk out and I eyed some shorts. Ugly as hell but awesome at rhe same time. Anyway I went straight to the back row and wouldnt you know it, they had them in my size. I had to buy them now because this was a rare occasion and they were 30% off plus the salesman added another 10% off. When I got them home I laid them on the bed and has this big feeling of regret. I wore them a week later and I love them now. Anyway im not sure if this will ever happen again but great experience. Still frustrated about the size thing. read more

Unfriendly customer service, the complex had a power outage. The power has been on for the last 45min, and all the stores are open again except Under Armour. It's aggravating to see the employees, carefree on there phones behind locked doors not willing to talk to customers who have been waiting patiently on the heat. read more

Be aware if you ever pull out your phone in the store especially at the checkout. I was accused by a female employee of taking pictures of her when I was simply scanning the "loyalty rewards QR code "at the register. She told her other male coworker that she had seen me supposably taking pictures of her. When it was my turn to check out, he confronted me and said "where you taking pictures?". I said No confused, and then he said " you can't be taking pictures ". Again, I answered very confused and said no. He once again asked me "are you SURE you didnt take any pictures?" And i repeated no and said i didnt know what exactly he meant. I said I was scanning the loyalty reward QR code. He responded by saying "to not be afraid to go to the front and scan it !", My wife asked him, "what does he meant by taking pictures?" But did not receive a response from him. I was literally in the line for checkout scanning the code, not trying to cut in line. All I wanted was just to make a loyalty rewards account. The guy was treating me horribly, bad tone and serious way. He accused me and embarrassed me in front of everyone that was waiting in line, including my wife. Everyone was looking. After purchasing the stuff, I came back and returned the merchandise to the female who accused me and refused to tell me her name or her coworker name. We then asked for the manager and the manager came. We told him about what happened and he just said "I'll be talking to them about that". He was nice but I still felt very disrespected and embarrassed. It ruined my experience. I work in customer services for many years and I never seen this type of service in my life. Please be aware of having your phone during checkout when trying to be a member because you'll be accused. Remove the QR code in front of the registers to avoid a situation like this again. read more

Horrible ,first to go to citadel was a total nightmare waiting one and half hour to park and get in Citadel.When i finally bought the product it was not as good as i though and the shoe was uncomfortable.I didn't want to return to citadel and requested doing the exchange by mail ,but they said the can't refund me the money and i had to go back to the store to return the product.I drove one and half hour to Camarillo to return the product ,they didn't want to refund the tax i paid in Citadel .The shoes this time were not very comfortable either and when i called back customer service they said they can only offer a gift card for their store.They didn't either accommodate me when i told them both of the stores were 60 miles away from me and i had to go back to the store.They never offered to pay the tax i spend in citadel.I actually spoke with someone in Corporate name Daniel ,These people don;t know how to accommodate client needs. I love the product, but the return policy at this place made me feel cheated. Purchased two muscle shirts at 45 a piece, went in the next day to exchange them and they would not exchange without receipt. Used the same card, but they could not look it up that way. I showed them the transaction on my bank account, and they would not give me more than 20 dollars credit for both shirts. I took the credit cause the cut on the shirt did not fit my frame. So anyway, like I said, love the product, not a fan of the customer service. read more

I still like UA products because I think they're the best at helping wick away sweat but the prices I feel are still close to if not the same as retail unless you find your items on the clearance rack. Also they used to acknowledge nursing licenses here and give you a 10% discount if you showed your license but they have not taken that privilege away and it is strictly for military personnel only, kind of a bummer. read more

This location is located inside the Citadel. The outlets here does not necessarily mean the prices are lower. Most of the Under Armour prices are still a bit on the high side in this location. Maybe each garment is approximately $5.00 less then a typical sporting goods store. So, whenever I come... I only look for the significant savings on something I need. They have different style dry shirts here, along with a good variety of shorts and sweat pants. Sometimes the colors are a bit too wild to wear... but whatever rocks a customer's boat is what counts to generate revenue. Overall, I have bought a few workout shirts here when it's on sale. The sales that are 40% off is good. But do check the merchandise for defects. read more

Everything you need to workout in style. This outlet has a great selection without being overwhelming and is never overcrowded. Their underwear is just awesome. It's great for working out, but it is so comfortable and lightweight that you can wear it for everything else. I really like the UA Pure stretch panty. The service is also great. We were there 5 min before closing and we were still offered the special of the week, however it meant that the cashier needed to wait a few extra min while we shopped for another item in order to get $15 off. read more

I really like this place. Iv'e only recently become an under armour fan, but their workout gear is very good and really make working out more comfortable. The workers are very nice, and helpful. There are always good deals, you just have to hunt for them on the racks It never really gest a little busy and messy, which is sometimes expected with the amount of items they have in the store. Bought some cool gear here. Shops are all together so you can make a circle and the majority of the shops you want to go to are on it. It was my first time going to the Citadel and I must say I enjoyed it. The restaurants are a bit limited but it's enough for the area. You won't find a Cheesecake factory here if you know what I mean. The parking is big enough but there is valet if you're not into working up a slight sweat. Under armour has shirts that don't shrink or fade much. I picked that up along with some performance shorts after they searched the back room for them. read more

I admit that it is more expensive than the other athletic stores in this outlet, but I find their clothes more comfortable and longer lasting. The regular merchandise can be a bit pricey. However, I always make a beeline to the clearance racks for extra percentage off deals. I can easily get a workout tank here for less than $10. It's never too crowded here and I don't think I've ever seen a long line here for checkout either. read more

I ordered a pair of running shoes via the Under Armour website. My card was charged, and then three days later I received notification that my size was suddenly out of the stock and the order had been canceled. Online, the order still shows as active. Um...what. I tried calling customer service and waited 20 minutes, with zero notification as to how much longer the wait would be or where I am in the queue. Finally hung up. Terrible experience, terrible service. This company should be embarrassed. I won't purchase from them again. read more
