They carry a good amount of workwear too, and a lot of it goes on sale. I also think they work with certain employers; like if your job covers shoes or uniforms, they'll take those vouchers or slips (not sure what it's officially called, but you know what I mean). Either way, this is a great go-to if you need work shoes or gear. They've got a big selection in the back too, so even if you don't see your size or style out front, just ask. Like I said, the employees were a pleasure to deal with; super helpful and just easy to talk to. Pricing was pretty good too, like I said, they had a lot of stuff on sale.

When I got to the cashier, Jaylene asked what I needed help with, and I explained the situation. She told me I could not receive a gift card and that the only option was a return, which would send the money back to the original purchaser. Another employee, who was helping a different customer, stepped in and correctly explained that I was able to receive a gift card since I had the gift receipt. Despite this, Jaylene said no and insisted it wasn't possible. She was very rude throughout the interaction and spoke as if she knew more than everyone else, even though she was incorrect about a basic store policy. She eventually did process the gift card. I want to thank the other employee who actually knew the policy and helped fix the situation. Customer service like this made a simple exchange annoying to go through.

She also suggested me to consider going up a half size so that my big toe would rub up on shoe while I ran. At first I thought " Maybe not" but I tried on the half size up and decided to purchase them because they felt roomy and comfty. When I left the store, I went for a run. She was right. I could not find them anywhere, came to WSS and found a pair but they were two sizes bigger. I was willing to get those even though they were way bigger. When I got to the register I told Jessica about my plight and she went out of her way to look for options in the store.
