I would've never spent any kind of money on footwear. I feel seriously ripped off by this store. I most definitely will not be spending any more of my money at Boot Barn in the future. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off like this. I've worked in Irrigation for 13 years & have gone through a few pairs of Boots. There were hooks to determine whether I had to have the item, if it goes back on the rack, or if I'm still thinking about it. Frankly, the sweaters that I was trying on weren't that flattering on me, so I had to put them back. This store has an amazing selection of PopSockets. I've never seen anything quite like it. They were all on sale. I saw regular ones that I am familiar with. You can get just the tops and swap them out. There was a cute donut enamel one. There were also fancy jewelled ones. I bought the purple jewelled one because it was pretty in my favourite colour. I liked the travel section. There were nice luggage pieces and accessories. There was an aisle of discounted watches and bracelets. I spent some time looking at everything. There was a bracelet with an infinity symbol as a charm that I knew a friend of mine would love. I went to pay at the checkout. I collected Kohl's reward points through the app on my phone. The cashier was helpful and patient. I used a credit card to pay. All was great. I occasionally went back to the Birkenstock aisle to just look at them which is when this older woman worker approached me and stated the following "you've been in this aisle a lot" I replied back with yeah I'm just looking. I proceeded to walk away and back towards my friends which is when I started keeping an eye on her. she proceeded to follow me and my other 2 friends around the whole store for 10+ minute. at one point I heard her tell someone to look at the cameras and then later security walked in. my friends wanted to leave but I decided to test her by going all the way to the opposite side of the store and what do you know she followed and stared us down. eventually I confronted her and asked if she was racially profiling or profiling us on our age (i am white and my two friends are black and we all are 19) she replied back with "I'm just doing my job" eventually we had enough and left the store. it's also important to note that not a single worker in the store greeted us and that was our first interaction with the workers. overhaul I would recommend the shoe store next to them as they have a good selection of shoes and don't make you feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable.

However; I also love coming randomly throughout the year to get updated clothing items. I typically like to check out under Armour and Nike, the Columbia store also has a separate outlet location as well. Recently, I feel like prices haven't been nearly as good as they used to, but in this economy, who can blame them. I would love to see a little bit more variation in the food court, it's mostly Asian cuisines and Cinnabon. All delicious but would love to see some more options. There's a ton of parking, but if you come on a busy weekend, you may not notice and still have to park far away. Bummed to see some recent retailers, leaving, they've been replaced with stores that my opinion were is great. Overall, a decent shopping trip, it's also in a great location. There's plenty of other stores/eating nearby. I recommend checking out the Twin Cities premium outlets if you haven't been there before.

The foot beds on sandals are hard and unyielding, I was not able to be directed towards cushioning foot bed's as "we don't have any". Lots of sandals with high heels, as that is what folks with ankle disabilities require? I found more accommodating sandals at Famous footwear for much less expensive prices. When I asked for a heel lift, again very little options yet that is the advertising for your store? So no accommodations for shoes, none for add ins for shoes yet high prices!!
