The staff really understood how hard it can be to find the right pair of jeans and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. SO EXCITED THIS STORE IS HERE!!!!! I didn't realize 7 had an outlet! It's hidden in the back corner of the outlets by H&M. The prices are SO much cheaper than the website. I paid $140ish per pair vs the $200+ I pay online. They had a ton of jean options for both men and women, and a lot of different styles and colors. They also had cashmere sweaters (some of the ones we got were even 100% cashmere) and we paid around $130 per sweater which is SUCH A STEAL compared to their website!!! Some tips... - The store manager told us that some of their product is made for the outlet, but a lot of it is the regular product just at a better price. SCORE!! - The best days to shop are the week days, or come right when they open on the weekends so you can still get a parking spot. Or there's a parking lot across the street by the Taj Mahal restaurant (corner of Freisman and Livermore Outlets Dr). Would have saved us so much time parking on a Saturday if we had known!!! - Return policy: 14 days to return for store credit or exchange ONLY no cash back. read more

She's sweet, attentive, kind, and super helpful. She remember our name throughout our shopping experience. Plus, she remembered us even when we called a month layer asking about my partner's jean. She took time out of her business schedule (during the month of December) to help my partner find the Jean he wanted. Taking photos and sending it to him. Going through multiple jeans and finally finding the one he wanted, but they didn't have his size. Who does that now a days? She takes pride in helping each and every client/customer find the perfect pair of jeans. All in all, she makes me feel like I been seen and heard. That's very rare in this time and age. Came on a busy weekend and received excellent customer service from all staff on the floors. After trying on many different styles, I fell in love with the Gwenevere, a skinny cut. For some reason, my usual size was more snug than I would've liked it to be, but they didn't have the next size up. The SA assured me that this particular fit would stretch a whole size, but I still wanted to try it in the next size up for comparison. Since they didn't have my size at the store, they offered to order me the bigger size from the Gilroy outlet, which came 2 days later in the mail. Talk about quick service! Verdict: Whelp, the jeans definitely stretch, so the SA was right. I'll be exchanging for a smaller size later this week. Found some $32 jeans that my wife hates but I think I will wear often. She's mostly right on this stuff so I may have been impulsive. Then we found one for me that she likes a lot but now that makes 5 of these jeans I bought here in the last year. Clerks were very helpful and nice. Weird as we were checking out, this place just got shoplifted by two ladies from over the hill. They called security but security could not ask them to open their bag as no one saw them put it in. The clerk noticed they went into the dressing room but came out with nothing. They found the tags in the dressing room but security said their hands were tied to help. Looks like stuff is yours if you can get it into your bag where there is no camera. What kind of rules is that??? read more

I am a huge fan of this store. I love the jeans. They fit me so well because of my height so I do not need to make any modifications. the length on all men's jeans are 34. There are about 10 different types of styles that are available for men. Make sure to try each one out to see the fit. The customer service here is excellent. They are always willing to help and make a room for me if it is not busy. Make sure to hit this place during the sale season. Same jeans that I see at the regular store for $210 I can get for $65 sometimes! One season, all I did was find the Luxe Performance jeans because of the great deals. read more

I was shopping for jeans for my husband and myself on Tue 11/26/19. There was Black Friday sale going on in the store. Since my husband was not with me at the moment I chose two styles in 2 sizes so he could try and decide which one to keep. When I was at the checkout, I asked the lady who's also the manager of the store if I can return these if it doesn't fit my husband. She said sure, as long as you don't come back on Black Friday. We don't accept return or exchange on Black Friday. So I left with the merchandise. On Tuesday 12/3/19 I returned back to the store and tried to return the pants my husband does's fit, the same lady told me oh, we only do merchandise credit or exchange. No refund. It's on our receipt as well as on the paper which was taped on the register table buried underneath a bunch of clothes. So I asked her why didn't you mention about this when I ask you if I can return these pants? She kept saying it's on the receipt. My point is when I verbally asked her the question, she should have addressed clearly about the return policy especially your policy is no refund. What she said to me when before the checkout was misleading on purpose. I was very upset and requested to talk to someone in the management team. On Wednesday 12/4/19 a male manager called and asked about the issue. I told him the whole story and he insisted on the store no refund policy. He kept saying it's on the receipt and I should have read it. I mean when I verbally asked the girl and got an confirmed answer, you think I would go back and carefully read the million words on the back of the receipt? Tell me you would have done that in my situation. In addition by the time I got the receipt and read it, the transaction has gone through, you think you would let me return and cancel the transaction? Basically they think they didn't nothing wrong and it's my mistake and let this happened. I have never had such awful shopping experience before. Retail business is already struggling and most of the stores nowadays are providing excellent customer services to keep the consumers. I just read some other yelp reviews and people experienced similar situation like I did. I always saw this brand whenever I go into Nordstrom and decided to check out their outlet. Tried on a couple of pants but was able to fit on the smallest fit. Unfortunately, the clearance section had very limited selections for my size... The employee that help me out was very friendly. Not only were they really friendly and cordial, when I accidentally left my Ghirardelli bag behind after rushing out of the store, they kept it safe AND retied my True Religion bag when the handles fell apart. My family and I traveled from Sacramento, CA to shop at the Livermore outlets because we were referred by friends on 11/25/16 midnight! We were determined to have a great shopping experience! My husband and myself were standing in line to get inside 7 for all mankind for about 30 min. Once it was our turn to step inside Danielle and James were both very attentive and helpful to us even the girl that was folding jeans with Danielle. Danielle rang us up and informed us that we had until 1/15/2017 to return or exchange our purchases should we need to and answered other question my husband was asking. We then went to true religion to catch up with our party when I decided to try on more clothes and I decided to give the Jeans I had just purchased at 7 for all mankind another try to compare, I realized that they were a little too tight, so I then went back to the store to return one pair of jeans and exchange the other. Luckily there was no waiting outside, it was now past 6AM, I stood in line patiently with the new pair of jeans one size up and my return. While in line Danielle recognized me she greeted and welcomed me back to the store. I was then called to the front counter by Kelly J. I proceeded to ask for an exchange for a bigger size on one of my Jeans when she very firmly stated, "We do NOT do returns or exchanges during Black Friday... ever." I then told her I was not aware of such a rule, she then stated very firmly again, "well if you shop during the holiday season you should know that." I informed her that I was from out of town and had never been told that I couldn't make returns or exchanges on black Friday. She then said, "I will go ahead and exchange these Jeans this one time for you but don't expect me or anyone to do this again. This is a onetime transaction." I was very taken back by her tone of voice and lack of customer service skills. I had never shopped here in my entire life and she treated me as if this were a constant habit of mine. I then put the pair of Jeans I was going to return which was a cash transaction on the counter to refund and she then firmly stated, "we NEVER refund cash transactions! I don't know who rang you up earlier but they should have told you this information and if you would have read your receipt, it tells you NO REFUNDS only store credit or exchange!" I did not dispute that with her because she was correct however, the receipt did go straight in to my bag and I did not review it at the time of my initial purchase so I then told Kelly J. that I would go ahead and take my store credit although at that point I was contemplating on NEVER returning to this store. As she began the store credit transaction, I said to her that the person who initially rang me up did tell me about the return and exchange policy but did not mention the holiday rule or no cash refund maybe it had slipped her mind since it was close to the end of her shift because I did not want Danielle to get in trouble since Kelly J. was clearly in a bad mood. I then said to Kelly J that I was a little disappointed at her attitude and lack of customer service towards me. Kelly J. then angrily replied, "I don't have an attitude!" I informed her that she sure did and I did not appreciate her tone and she continued to be defensive and added, "I have been working 12 hours the night before and it's been really hectic!" so I informed her that I work long hours at my job as well then she cut me off and said, "then you should understand!" I told her that I understand that you don't give customers attitudes and do not talk to be people the way she was talking to me no matter how many hours I've worked or how stressful it may have been. I did mention to her that perhaps she should have had an extra cup of coffee and wipe the running mascara off of her face to look more presentable at a high end clothing store. I came back to speak with Cameron who then gave me Jeffrey Serpas' business card to communicate about my experience. My husband was also upset and saw Kelly and another associate inside the store while we were outside speaking with Cameron giggling and looking at us which made him feel like she was antagonizing us and he voiced his frustration with some choice words and although it was not the best way, we were by this point very upset that someone like Kelly J is even a manager who thinks it is ok to talk to paying customers in such a disrespectful way. I love the brand 7 for all mankind but I don't see myself going back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone I know as long as Kelly J. continues to think she can excuse her actions with, "I've had a long and stressful day because of the hectic holiday." I believe Kelly J. needs to use this experience on how to approach customers in a more respectful manner especially since she is a manager in a high end store, she should be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service not become unnecessarily defensive nor confrontational with clients. read more

I had purchased 3 pairs of pants for a little of $300.00 w/tax. After my purchase, my husband asked if the Outlet had any discounts like the ones in Oregon. Come to find out they do for AAA members. I flipped through the coupon book and found a lovely coupon for 7 for All Mankind. The coupon was $50 off of $300. At that point I already reached that price point. I went back into the store immediately and asked the sales clerk if I could return my entire purchase, repurchase the pants, add another pair and use the coupon. At first the sales clerk hesitated but I told him flat out that I had no idea about the coupon book. The sales clerk granted my request and the rest is history. I walked out of the store with 4 pairs of pants for an awesome deal. It was a pleasant purchase. I definitely will return to the store. read more

Horrible store. NO RETURN POLICY. All sales Final. Just make sure about this policy before you purchase anything. It is written tiny little on the top of the counter. Sales girl played mind game with me. 1 week ago I purchased 2 pants and 1 top outfit for my wife. I specifically asked if I can return it if she doesn't like it or it doesn't fit. This is her answer: "Yes, of course we can exchange it in 14 days." That's a mind game. By brain received the "YES" did not hear the rest of the sentence. Her answer should have been "NO. WE DON'T TAKE RETURN. ONLY EXCHANGE" But for 2$ commission she did't mind to misdirect me. Not only this, when I reminded her about our previous conversation she was very rude, she threaten to call the security. I didn't want to make a scene and her associate was in more calming manner. So, I left. And, mall security cut me in the parking lot and told me in very demeanor manner that I shouldn't go back to that store they don't want me there anymore. Top to bottom it is a horrible place. I had a horrible experience. I am a regular customer in that mall but the way I had been treated tells me that if I didn't have any accent I could have been treated in different way. read more

I work in the mall so I visit frequently, and they are just as friendly as when they first opened. The store manager is fabulous! I bought a pair of jeans from here and took them home to give them a try. When I tried them home in the privacy of my own home, I decided they weren't what I wanted. I tried to take them back two days later with a receipt and all the tags still on and was surprised to hear they don't do refunds. I won't buy another pair of their jeans.
