I decided to stop by this lil hole in the wall tanning salon as it's very close to my parents house. I'm sure glad I did!! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by a sales rep named Jada. Jada has a very sweet disposition and really knowledgeable of the tanning salon services. I have now tanned 3 times, and every time I come in, Jada is there to warmly greet me- if I lived here in Troutdale, I would have a full membership just based off the amazing service Jada provides. Also their tanning beds are pretty decent for the price. The salon is clean, organized and well maintained. That aspect makes Tropical Image unique to other local salons. The reason I do not rate 5 stars is because they lack the range of beds I like to have available. The only high pressure level 5 they have is the matress version of the Matrix High Pressure, which is a 24 minutes bed due to turning over halfway in between which means whatever side you laid on first will have half the lotion left behind on the mattress rather than your skin.. It just is an old ghetto bed and they have a few others that could use serious upgrading. And that High Pressure is offered at one instead of both locations. Other than that the prices are affordable, the staff is welcoming and patient, and the environment overall is 95% awesome!

She was rough with my hair (my neck was all red and scratched after I left there from her combing my neck instead of my hair). She left dye on my scalp and told me to clean up myself!!!
