l knew this place would not make it. I had been tanning here for 20 years when the new owner…read moreshowed up . first she wouldn't honor my current tanning packet and of course I pitched a tiny fit about it but with diplomacy so she gave me a free tan and let me use one of my tans oh boy!! then I bought a new pkt as usual she had her 3 dogs on big real sweet one med and one small of course as small as the salon is you're going to encounter them and if play a bit while waiting a week goes on I walk in to tan she jumps back from behind the desk and proceeds to tell me I am no longer welcome to tan there because someone had told her I was playing chase with the big dog ( while going back to my room it would follow and id pet it) I see nothing harsh about that .( I lost those tans too) .. I rescue all my animals.. she basically told me I was abusive to her dog and it was traumatized for days over it.. that's a loss of crap.. Anyway I did nothing wrong so karma is like that...she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing anyway . she had a lot of her family's and animals there most of the time there was barely room for customers... I don't see a problem with that but if they don't do well in a crowd they shouldn't be there.. I spoke to another woman who had a similar encounter and lost her book of tans too ,.. she really thought she was a powerful person but it turned around and but her.. I also don't like talking negatively on posts but she ruined my favourite tanning spot ... I only hope someone else reopens it

I used to tan in high school and college all the time and was always going into tanning salons who had rather snobby employees so I have drug my feet in buying a package but I have officially met the owner and this guy who works and they are both a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!! I was told on day one if the level bed that I tend to use is unavailable they will do a free upgrade. And in just a couple days tanning I've already experienced that. Pricing is amazing -so much more affordable than chain places. The shop is quaint and clean most importantly friendly. They've got my business :)

Jada has a very sweet disposition and really knowledgeable of the tanning salon services. I have now tanned 3 times, and every time I come in, Jada is there to warmly greet me- if I lived here in Troutdale, I would have a full membership just based off the amazing service Jada provides. Also their tanning beds are pretty decent for the price. The salon is clean, organized and well maintained. I do wish the hours were better-- in a nutshell Jade is an absolute delight and I would recommend this tanning salon! A+ all around. Thanks Jada & JMMT for the tans!!

I'm only up to 8 minutes to us far, but I'm slowly working toward getting the full 14 minutes, without burning. That is why I am taking it very slowly. I go in that bed and then directly to the spray tan. I do the medium color. I used to add different tones to it, but have found that I really don't need to. It's like if I was to go to subway and just because the line is long to get food, once it hits 5 minutes before closing they tell me they can't serve me. Doesn't make sense. It's not like I went in 5 mins before closing. I worked at service industry places before and we served everyone that came in before closing even if it went over time. Just extremely inconvenienced, and wasted time and gas. If I was told ahead of time before waiting in line I could've spent my time finding a place without huge lines to tan.
