They will not put in any effort towards communicating with you about your health goals unless you are physically at the location and ask them to do their job. Sessions are only 25 min long, not enough time to actually get knowledgeable information or a full workout in. Not when their prices don't go below $200+ dollars a month. You sign up for X amount of months but if you don't cancel in person after those months and have them do it in front of you, they will keep charging you with NO REFUND or services. Management is very poor, and so is the communication between the employees there. I talked to several employees there about canceling my membership for a week and when I finally spoke to a manager, they never received that message. There are way better gyms out there with better and more personable employees. Also, they didn't have a trainer that could work with my schedule for over a month and did nothing about it, I had to switch my schedule around so I could at least get something out of this Personal training that I over paid for.

I love the trainers here, especially Victoria who makes every workout a blast with excitement and 90s boy bands music! This place is infamous for the 6 week, 20 pounds challenge where they will help you on a nutrition and exercise plan to lose 20 pounds and you get your money back. They have classes available at 530am, and the last class is at 8pm I believe so they work with everyone's schedule. I fully support this place and love coming here!

I'm talking grime on all the cardio equipment because it hasn't been cleaned in forever and clearly there is no cleaning service or even wipe-down efforts happening, which in this day and age is a huge red flag. It was so clean and smelled nice under prior management and not so much now. The big box gym down the street is less money, and they clean vigilantly.
