I can't say enough great things about UGP. I have ordered items both for work and for the family and they have gone above and beyond each time. For work, I have had to order multiple t-shirts and sweatshirts for myself and others. They were each personalized with unique names and designs on the front. Used UGP for a t shirt order of 30 shirts for our school program. Danny worked with us step by step, making sure artwork was exactly right (multiple times), going over the color, fabric, and price options, and keeping us in the loop about the printing process and pick-up. I had an event with a small group of friends (15) and we really wanted t-shirts but figured the cost would be prohibitive, but Underground was able to make us custom t-shirts at an extremely reasonable price. This is an excellent local business! They helped us with a large order of custom polos, hoodies, caps, and beanies for our business (TK Home Design in South Lyon). Evan was so helpful throughout the entire process. He helped us with many different quotes as our order changed in number of items needed and was so informative about the different options we had with screenprinting and embroidery as well as placement of the logo, etc. He also prepared mock-ups for us in advance of the order and was able to find a perfect match in color for our logo. They sent us final images from their art department and waited for our final approval before starting to print the order, and they were able to make any changes we requested very quickly. They also were able to complete and deliver our order two days ahead of schedule at no additional cost so that we would be able to wear the items to a builder's show that we were participating in that week. We received a discount for being first-time customers, as well. The items themselves were also of great quality and turned out exactly as we had hoped. All-around an excellent experience with UGP and with Evan in particular! If we ever need similar services, we will definitely return. read more
