It was not noted at the time of purchase that the purse was refurbished, and let me tell you--it was poorly refurbished. I would advise never buying from here. If you're going to buy, purchase from Poshmark online or somewhere else where you can actually return your items. I would give Dillard's less than one star for very poor customer service. The manager on site that day was confrontational, gave me the runaround, and could not clearly tell me who to contact above her. It was just a bad experience overall.
