I came across Undisputed Sole while wandering around the Westfield Valencia Town Center. My daughter has become a shoe head, so every time I see a cool shoe store, I have to check it out. My hubby and I went inside and were greeted right away! The staff was very friendly, and it looks like it's a family-owned business which I love. They have a variety of dunks, Jordans, Yeezy's, you know, all the latest trend shoes right now on the streets. In addition, they also sell clothes, hats, PS5, and a whole bunch of other items that are all on the socials. I guess you can say it is a consignment store because it looks like you can buy, sell, and trade shoes or other items that are the thing right now. I was going to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter, but she wanted to be the one to pick them out and go in person and look around. So I ended up not buying anything because my daughter wasn't with us that day. So I guess that means I will be returning with my daughter so she can have the whole experience. She wants to look around and pick out the shoes she wants because I guess moms don't know anything about shoes. I will be returning with my daughter, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service we had, even though I didn't buy anything. I would love to give them my business. Have gone multiple times now. Are they above what other sites are selling for? Yea a bit on some stuff. HOWEVER, I'd rather pay an extra $20 to have it on hand and be able to inspect prior to purchasing. Especially on older releases. I've had nightmares with resell sites or waited to only find out that the shoes had been used. Also, a lot of these other sites offer "expedited" inventories that have been verified but they end up being the same price as Undisputed Sole. Personally I'd rather help a mom and pop shop too. I might have overseen it but I wish they had a name tag or badge so I could tell they were employees especially when it's busy. I also appreciated them letting me verify and confirm what I'm buying prior to paying. Overall great service, friendly staff, worth paying extra to avoid the stress of waiting on a drop or dealing with strangers online. I went to the other store at the mall and it was very unprofessional, smelled like weed (you do you but not at a work place especially when I'm taking my kids in,) and the shoes on display were not wrapped. read more

Was there for 10 minutes before one of the 3 employees even acknowledge me. Asked if I needed help and I accepted. Pointed me to some $150 resale AJ1 black/blue trying to tell me he can give me a good deal. $250+ tax. Told him that seems expensive when they are sold for $150 everywhere else. His attitude completely changed into defense mode. "where?" I responded stockx , goat , eBay.. he says "we're not stockx by the time you buy them with free they will cost more.. you don't even know if they are real." I let him know I understand that this place no one has ever heard of is not stockx. Stockx doesn't charge 75% in fees. Didn't even bother addressing that I trust a site that does millions of dollars of business over this shmuck. He responds with "have a nice day man!" Here's a tip: say hi to your customers as soon as they walk in and don't treat them like idiots who don't have the internet at their fingertips. Wanted to get some hype for the wife's birthday and decided to check out the store. My family and I were in there for a good 20 minutes. Not once we're we greeted or acknowledged. Seemed like we were invinsible. They helped other customers that came in after we did while we were still in the store. They acted like they were too good for us to be in there. Gave our business next door instead. 1 1 star is actually 1 too many to give in this review. Undisputed Sole, I hope you guys work on your customer service and attitude. We drove quite a bit to visit this sneaker shop with the intention of picking up some heat (as it's so rare for me to leave empty handed) and the customer service was so bad that I decided that I needed to leave this review. Not once we're we greeted the entire time we were there. The vibe was off and the 2 men working we're certainly not friendly. It definitely discourages you from wanting to support their small business as it didn't appear they were interested in selling any shoes. We walked out after browsing their overpriced mediocre selection came across sneaker shop a few doors down. Although their selection was smaller, they had heat, the prices were much better, and got our business. It doesn't take much to treat customers with respect! Wouldn't buy from here. Very condescending attitude when my son was trying to ask you simple questions. Ignoring him and his friend. Making quick assessment of them as not being worthy of your time vs others who walked in the store a few minutes later. After reading your responses to others who rated you low for attitude and for your rules on trying on and stockx confirms my opinion of the owners/staff. But that's ok...they walked around the corner and within a few days period, between the other store in the mall and stores in LA, bought several thousand $ worth in shoes and shirts anyway. I am a huge shoe head and was out in the Valencia mall and went in to checkout Undisputed Sole . The owner Erwin helped me and I found two must have shoes the Bart Simpson Dunk and the new Travis 1 low . Both were 100% legit and the pricing was very fair looking at current market prices . I have not found fair pricing at a lot of these mall resell shops but Undisputed Sole was different . The selection is enormous and I will be back to get another pair soon . My daughter was looking for new shoes. We tried footlocker and macys and she didn't see anything she liked. Happen to pass by this place on our way out. What an incredible selection! The staff was also extremely helpful with my daughter, letting her know what shoes were popular with teens as well as how to convert mens sizes to womens so she could find the right fit. She found the perfect shoe and was so excited she wanted to wear them out. They helped pack her old shoes up and we were on our way. So friendly, helpful, and such a great experience. Came into the shop to size swap Yeezy Pure Slides. $30 fee but I've seen some other reselling stores that charge like $50 or even more than that, so it was decent. Nice and quick swap!
