This place is an absolute gem! Yes I know it is In Olivehurst but definitely worth the drive. My appointment was with Alexis and she was the biggest sweetheart, she made me feel so comfortable, she was extremely patient with me and picked out some fantastic dresses for me to try on. She also let my bridal party look around and pick out dresses which I thought was fantastic because my little sister actually grabbed a dress that was the complete opposite of what i wanted and it turned out to be the one! My girls were spoiled with champagne while they waited in between dresses. It was my first bridal shop to try on dresses and did not think I would find my dress on the first day as the appointment went on I knew I was leaving with a dress but man was it a hard decision because they were all so beautiful. Alexia also found the perfect veil for my dress! I couldn't be more pleased with my visit. As I began the process of scouting out bridal boutiques within butte county, I was shocked to see that some places want to charge you upwards of $500 to try on dresses. Mind you, if you don't buy the dress, you do not get your deposit back. With all the additional charges that come along with planning a wedding, you should not have the added pressure of settling for a dress, just to ensure you get your money back. With that said, I received multiple rave reviews from fellow brides to be that found their wedding dresses at Unforgettable Bridal! After speaking to them on the phone, I was very relieved to hear that they do not require a deposit! When I arrived at my appointment, my bridal party and I were greeted by Jackie with champagne and snacks, as she gave us a thorough talk on how this process works. She immediately calmed all my nerves and made it very clear that their top priority is to ensure you have the best experience, get to try on as many dresses as you need, all while not being confined to a set time schedule. Since I did not have a specific style in mind, I probably tried on roughly 20 dresses, which was no issue whatsoever to Jackie! She did a fantastic job of selecting dresses for me as well that accentuated my figure. In the end, the entire process exceeded all of my expectations, and I cannot thank Jackie enough for making this such a memorable experience.
