She guided me on how to travel to Mexico with my dress and gave me the confidence to do so. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and honestly confusing. I came in with my newborn son and my mom, and after waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged we walked up to the front desk to ask for help. A staff member assisted us and showed a few bands. When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point. I was ready to move forward with purchasing a ring but never received an answer about pricing and was told no when I asked to see another option. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

But I am kind of bed bound in a rehabilitation hospital. I have been this way since October 14 2025. The story is I have been a florist my self since the 80's. I also had 2 shops of my own. I was the first to be hired at Raley's here in Red Bluff..back then it was allowed to be run like a real flower shop, not like now where they do so much ready made, worked for them 17 years.Well I digress from main topic here. Anyway I grow succulents and design container and dish gardens. So I was tired of fresh flowers dying so I ordered myself a succulent arrangement. I was very disappointed and called the shop and complained. That was I thought end of story. Well later in afternoon when I was wheeled back from physical therapy I was surprised and delighted to see a very beautiful succulent garden that I love! The company had replaced my other arrangement, but left it too. I was so taken back and pleased also with a nice long note they were so gracious ! I called them and thanked them..good business people!! I will try to post picture of my new garden and the other but I have problems I am tech ch

The manager, Rod messed up a refund, then when I went to the store to return my rental he wouldn't…read morecome out to help me, made me wait 5 mins then came out and pretended I didn't exist. When I told him what was going on (didnt refund the correct amount and charged me for items I didn't need). He became upset, raised his voice, cursed, refused to help me, told me to call customer service but then wouldn't give me the number, i kept repeating to just do my refund so i can leave. He laughed at me then called 911 and exaggerated the entire situation to try and get me arrested. Luckily for me I recorded the entire interaction. I'm going to request a copy of the 911 call, the police body cams and I'm going to send that all to their corporate office with my video. I have never been treated so poorly. Thank you Men's Warehouse for ruining our wedding experience. Thank you Chico PD for your help in controlling this out of control manager.
