No bloodwork ordered and then charged me more than what I was quoted when I made the appt. The front staff tried to sell me a bunch of vitamins etc. I should have left without paying. I will not go back and report however necessary. I contacted their office via their website and no response.

Wow. False documentation... but great cover-up! I came in because I was sick and in need of medication. Why in the world would I decline medication. I would've just stayed in bed if I wasn't going to take any of the medical assistance I dragged myself out of bed for. Now I'm going to get a bill for bad medical practice. Can't wait!

The office just had to mark a check mark saying I have diabetes and heart disease. Then an authorized signature. Signature didn't even have to be the doctor's. They refused to complete this simple records request. They wanted to waste my time and money on an office visit. My diabetes and heart stints obviously are data in my records and there's absolutely no reason to be seen for my past records. Office staff is not that friendly although there are a few that are. So if you're looking for a cheerful friendly greeting, this is not the place for you. As a doctor Joel was polite, respectful , and listened to my needs. Elizabeth, I found to be adequate in her abilities, but my personality and hers didn't gel. She's more of a get to the point person . Joel was more gentle and sensitive, appeared caring.

The first thing they asked me for when I arrived was my health insurance card and my $100 co pay. They wouldn't even let me see a nurse or anyone or even walk back to use the bathroom without first getting my $100. Then some LPN takes my vitals. All she noted was my chief complaint is coughing. Even though I told her I had confusion and blurred vision. I get into a room and all the physicians assistant does is listen to my chest and give me meds. She doesnt look in my throat or check my eyes or feel my stomach or my lymph nodes. She then diagnosed me with "chronic cough with unknown cause." ARE YOU SERIOUS?! If I had known I was going to get some med school drop out from night school I would have never allowed them to treat me or take $100 from me. My 2 year old nephew can use a stethoscope!!! They of course have no supervisor on a staff and will still bill my health insurance. I better get a phone call from someone IMMEDIATELY.
