The largest sites we have ever encountered in our 2 years as Full Time RV travelers. The people were amazing and the park was only 18 miles to Gulf Shores. Close to town and a country feel. There was weekly get togethers, Potluck dinners and celebrations. We enjoyed Mardi Gras with them Feb 2018. A hidden gem. A nice clubhouse with a book exchange, pool and very nice laundry. There are two shower rooms in the registration building. Large full hook up spots, both 30 and 50. Shaded and open available. The staff is friendly and make sure that any issues you may have are quickly addressed. It'll definitely be my go-to location to stay when I'm in the area. One side note: The river does flood with lots of rain and you may have to move sites if there's a chance it will spill over. Then the lady who booked us also told us the electric was 15-20$ but we are being charged almost 100.00 for the electric. Then Sid gave my husband a job in May and on our move out date, he changed his mind on. And my husband is extremely hard working and will go above and beyond for his employer. But your employees barely do anything. They just pick up the trash bag and that's it. The employees you have working here are so rude and they make up rules as they go.. If they do not want smokers smoking in certain places, put up signs where you do not want people to smoke at! I have never seen them even test the pool and I run every morning! All they do is pick up the trash at the end of the driveways. This park has potential but they need to hire people who are actually willing to work! I have even heard customers complain about how nasty the cabins are. They never clean the inflatables either! We have spent a lot of money to be mistreated. And not to be able to use the ammentities you guys supposedly offer because your employees refuse to actually clean them! Not to mention, I've walked around this park every night cleaning the loose trash (3-4 trash bags) that your employees are to lazy to do. 10/10 this place isn't worth it! This wasn't even that bad

Have nothing against Christians, but do as you say. She told us that she would return our deposit and hasn't done it. We are so pissed off that these Christian person that is such a liar. I am so sick of people like her that can just take our hard earn money. We gave her OUR money in good faith and now it's gone. $100 these days isn't much, but when you say you are going to do something and not do it is another thing. Yes, the park is very nice and clean except for the issue next door and Carol. We felt very bad for those dogs and we couldn't stay and feel their pain.

The…read morelocation is a standout feature--easy to get to, just south of I-10, and close to Fairhope, one of the loveliest towns on the Gulf Coast. The resort is well kept, the dog park was clean, and there is a nice walking path through the property. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. The laundry facilities were also very good, with nice-sized washers and dryers. Advice for future visitors: the laundry machines are coin-operated only, but there is a change machine in the laundry room, so bring quarters or cash. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We have family in the area and will definitely return.
