My nails are gorgeous - they worked on my nails together taking off my old nails and putting on a beautiful new acrylic set with pick and white ombré powder . The shape is beautiful and the nails thin and elegant , not thick looking which I don't like . They look flawless . I was so impressed with how efficient they were - they got this all done within an hour , which usually takes much longer ! I got a great pedicure at the same time. I am a very happy person today , having found my new nail spot . I highly recommend !!

I usually don't go to a business without reading a review first, but I was in the area and in a desperate need of a mani pedi. So I entered Cassidy's. Upon entering, the vibe was awkward. No music. Not even the TV had sound coming from it. I appreciated that the Jennifer Hudson show was on, but would've loved some captions, some sound, something. The only thing I could hear was the fans and the nail equipment at work. It was quiet enough for one of the technicians to be asleep with their head resting on the wall.. I tell them that I want a gel manicure with designs, a deluxe pedicure with color and I inquire how much would it be. I had gel on my nails and toes, so gel removal was extra. And design was extra. They were transparent that my total would be $109. This price didn't shock me but the service and final product did. While my nails were being prepped on my left hand, my nail on my ring finger started to hurt. I was watching tv, didn't think much of it. I look down, the right side wall of my nail is bleeding. He didn't acknowledge it to me verbally. Didn't treat it right away. Just carried on with the prep work and nail designs. I will say my design wasn't easy. I got it from Pinterest. So I appreciate that Tommy (that's what his cart said) communicated with me on how i want the lines, what color for each part, etc. It didn't come out looking good though. And to top it off, one of my toes started burning out of nowhere during the pedicure. I don't know if Nancy cut it too short or the equipment wasn't clean or what. I tried powering through it (I know, I shouldn't have to or even do so at all), but eventually I was like "hey, one of my toes burn". I pointed out the toe. She rinses it. And friendliness wise, they're nice enough. I know nail techs don't have to talk, but just the quiet vibe wasn't for me. If you made it this far, look at my reference picture versus the outcome. Keep in mind I chose hot pink for the french tip. I might go back to press on's.... Five hours later..My finger still hurts. And now my big toe hurts. They were too rough with the nail prep.

I walked into Phoenix with a mindset of "me-time" and just breathe. These ladies know what they are doing! I booked an appointment for both a mani-pedi and it was totally worth it! Pedi: it was super relaxing to give your legs some tlc! They were very meticulously on making sure my cuticles were at their best and their sugar scrub and cooling gel.. omg my legs felt so soft! And that minty/cooling gel they put on.. you gotta get that package! Mani: definitely get the gel for this one as well! Trust the process! I got the magnetic cat eye gel for my nails and they also added little hearts on them too! It's such a cute touch!
