I've gone in the past for gel mani and it was good. Went in for an acrylic fill and the girl that did my nails did the acrylic way too thick. It was snagging and not blended down. I noticed when I walked out. I went in and had her fix one nail but it was just uncomfortable interaction so I didn't say anything about the others. She was in a hurry when she did my nails. Now it a been 6 days and my nails are snagging more and more and they are just super thick and lifted up because of how thick the acrylic is. I've never had my nails done like this before. I never write reviews, but I'm OBSESSED with Hannah! She will forever be my go to girl now for my nails. If I could give more stars I would. It was my first time there, but definitely not my last. The salon is beautiful and everything is brand new. I even received a free gift lotion. I am sooo picky and such a perfectionist, but Hannah nailed every single little thing that I'm always picky about without me even having to ask her. It's like our brains were connected! She went above and beyond with the amount of detail and attention she performed on shaping my nails. She surpassed my expectations and might even be more of a perfectionist than me lol Even after it seemed the nail was done she would end up coming back and filing a little more off here and there and clipping away little imperfections, which I loved! She left my nails very clean underneath! No gunk of any kind. In the past at other places I've literally have had to ask the nail tech to file the gunk away like it's not obvious it should be done. Just came here today for the first time after reading Uni Nail Bars reviews. Super clean, friendly staff and loved what Hannah did on my nails. I have super short nails and wanted to get dip powder and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and even with the short nails I have, Hannah blended the dip powder to look exactly how I wanted. What I liked the most was they don't pressure you to get something you don't want, like acrylics or longer nails to fit the design you want. They truly listen to what their customer wants. Worst manicure experience of my life. Went for the Citrus Combo. Started off normally with a standard foot soak but went downhill immediately after. Callus removal process wasn't the typical foot file, but a high powered sander which caused much pain. Arm massage was tepid and basically scrub and lotion on the hands. Dear Mary, As the nail salon manager your so UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE the fact that you tried to take a picture of MY feet without MY permission?! WOW. I came in for a gel pedicure today and I had already knew exactly what color I liked because every time I come I always get the same color. The lady that was doing my toes left the nail polish super streaky and bumpy and I told her that she was painting them horribly. Also, she didn't even polish correctly she started at half of my nail which makes it look like the nail was growing and polish had been on for a week. Then the manager comes over and tries to take a picture without my permission to show her boss and I told her what are you doing? She said I'm taking a picture so I can show my boss so that you don't come back and complain. LOL how can you tell someone not to complain for something that you don't like and that your paying for ?? I'll NEVER come back here again after that. I am not the first person to write a review on nails that are painted horribly either... I've been going to nail salons for a pretty long while now, when I go to new salons I observe and watch their technique and routines, I ask a tons of questions about pricing and among other things because of course I want to know I'm in good hands atleast right? This place wasn't it. I had a manicure and pedicure done by them and they didn't know what a square shape meant for both set of hands and feet. I asked them about 3 times to fix the nail shapes and every time she tried to shape my nail it felt like she was scared to touch my hand, that's how light the pressure of the nail filer was LOL. And that's how I knew I wasn't gonna get what I asked for after that. Everytime she filed my nail for a SQUARE SHAPE, she curved the square while filing so after the 3rd time of asking her I let it go. I let the women finish the service and pay them with tip despite not liking how my mani and pedi were done... and don't even let me start going into what their pedicure and manicures actually include... let me just bring this to the table. When did full manicure services stop including massages and cleaning under the nail and everything that's supposed to be apart of the manicure?? That woman massaged my hand for the amount of timer they put your hand in the UV LIGHT AND CALLED IT A DAY LMAO??? My nails aren't even shaped squares they're not straight, and there's a bubble in my gel coat. I was livid after they completed service but I tipped them because they were nice ladies from what I can tell...? Seems to me they jjack up their prices to pay for their nice renovations I guess to distract you from the service you're receiving I guess. I can't believe I saw other reviewers expecting the same thing. How sad..It was a very underwhelming and ridiculously disappointing salon. read more

Tried this place out once and had a very nice experience. Second time not so much. It's disappointing because I have been looking for a place that is consistent and polite. I walked in the door and nobody said hello for 30 mins. I should have known then but waited. I then was asked what service I wanted and then put me in a chair with my feet in the water to get a pedicure for another 45 minutes before someone started my pedicure. The lady began doing the pedicure and didn't ask what package I wanted, gave me a 2 minute message, no warm towel and when I asked was that it she said yes. The lady next to me getting a manicure asked over 10 times for a certain way to get her nails done and they still did it incorrectly. I really just hate paying for services that aren't worth it. I called this morning around 9:45 just for a gel nail removal and they told me to come in at 10:15. I came in at 10:10. There were 2 nail techs and they were both working on people. I was sat down and given a bottle of water and the nail tech buffed and soaked my nails and put them in a bowl under a towel and she went to work on the initial girl she was working on. I soaked until 11:15 and had to re-soak 3 more times, someone else came in for an 11:00 appointment and she had asked how long it was going to take to soak her gel nails off because she was on a tight schedule. The nail tech that was working on me said 15-20 mins. I wanted to tell the other customer that i was there soaking for an HOUR. So after she buffed my nails and cut and filed them I still had to peel off some of the left over polish and she saw me doing it and she had told me to not peel it off. I told her that it wasn't all off and buffed out. She didn't offer to fix it. I was out of there by 11:30. $8 for just a gel removal but a huge waste of my time for an incomplete job. read more

I hate to give such a low rating but I feel this place deserves it. It looks clean when you walk in but upon further inspection, it's actually not. I saw a lot nail clippings on the floors, the towel they laid down for my manicure appeared to not have been washed, and they tried to use an old nail file on me. They also cut my daughter pretty badly on her finger (with cuticle clippers). The final straw was when I went to pay and they asked me about my tip...did I want to add more? I just felt the whole experience was not good and there are other salons that I prefer much better. read more
