I sent a request for quotes via Yelp when my kid accidentally cracked a laptop screen. Justin was responimmediately provided me with a flat rate instead of making me come in for a "free" consultation. His immediate quote seemed reasonable. He asked for the name and model of my laptop, researched it then he gave me the price for the replacement. I googled it myself and it was comparable but he also said he could repair it if I'd like to make the purchase myself. I went with his order. He was very communicative about the delivery and when it arrived. When I finally went to have him repair it, he showed me pictures the entire time. There was also a chip on the corner of the laptop. I elected not to have it replaced and he fixed it with tape - which I was okay with. I ended up leaving my laptop with him for a couple of days because I couldn't wait longer. Justin was very gracious and accommodating with my schedule even when I had to keep moving the day and time. Overall, my experience was great. Not bad and fast. In the past I had accident on my laptop spilling minor liquid on it causing the keys input to overlaps. I wasn't too sure which repair center to go to so I used Yelp request to see who would be attentive and direct in fixing to my needs since I knew the issue with my computer was minor. I simply didn't want to risk fixing myself. I went with high rating stores. They barely diagnose much and want to fix things up way more than it need to. They didn't seem to understand my needs that I still need to use my laptop for my project and insist on wanting to fix what they assumed immediately. So Justin, on my Yelp request message. He was the only person that gave me an options and solutions instead of other places that talks to me. Instead of telling me to come over for "further" diagnose on the get-go like they didn't read my circumstances. Unfortunately at that time my laptop already had no issues after that first shop I went opening up the inside. I wasn't so satisfy with that place so I let him know that if there were any technology hardware issues next time I will go to him first. Today, I decided to have him fix my laptop fans. Because apparently it make loud noises on 1 side of the fan and sometimes just don't spin at all and will overheat with just 1 fan. It was loud and hot to work anything on it. As always. He was very responsive compared to others and understanding. And simply focus on the thing I need to be fix. At first I was surprised or realized it wasn't a proper store or retail space at first. I drop the stuff off to him at their house. And he get it fixed so fast with only a day than I anticipated it. I think I like this service better than repair center to be honest. I have an ASUS N580V that had a broken left hinge which is what I thought originally. Since I'm a college student with a busy schedule, I didn't bring my computer in for a free consultation and came up with the consensus that I just needed a hinge replacement. Justin was fast to respond to me and helped me find and order a replacement online. Finding a replacement was hard for my computer model but he was able to find one after some time. When I went to his place to let him replace the hinge, I handed him my laptop and waited outside because I needed my computer for meetings later in the day. I recommend dropping off the computer or having him pick it up because unpredictable things can happen and you might have to wait longer than you expect. Turns out that it wasn't just my hinge that was broken, the part that he attached to was also broken. A fix would be to spend a costly amount to buy a new back plate and replace it. Fortunately, Justin was willing to try adhesives or a plastic weld to piece it back together, saving me the cost. It would take more time so I came back a few days later to drop it off at night. Throughout the process, Justin was very good at keeping me updated on his progress and on what he was doing with my computer. I was able to pick up the computer by 1pm the next day. Overall, I am pleased with Justin's work with my computer. He did what he could for my computer and it definitely wasn't easy, but I appreciate the time and effort he spent on fixing it! read more

Justin was very helpful in resolving my PC troubles. He responded right away on Yelp, within 10 minutes every time I messaged him. He was able to replace my SSD and move everything from my hardrive onto my new SSD without any issues. He was very transparent throughout the whole process and upfront about cost of the service and the parts, and gave a brief diagnosis on Yelp before I dropped my computer off. We used Justin to clean my laptop and fix an error message I was getting. It works great now. Then we gave him my husband's computer. We were told by several people it wouldn't be worth fixing and we should just buy a new one. Justin looked at it and gave us a very reasonable price. He tried replacing the mother board and when that didn't work he replaced the screen.
