They were providing me solutions and informing me on how they were going to solve this issue for me. The service was quick and picked it up immediately the next day and they told me what was the problem on why my laptop was having issues. The team also made sure to test the laptop in front of me to make sure it was booting up correctly before I left the store to ensure that it was working. I'm extremely disappointed. Originally spoke with the owner Frank and the Sharp TV I purchased started giving me problem, so I called them and Frank said he'll replace it. Great, right? So one of the workers named Steve was suppose to deliver the TV and pick up the broken one. "As planned" since the first TV was delivered. So, Steve never brought the TV. He kept saying he was 15 min away every 30 min. He made me cancel my plans and waited past 10:30pm to call me and said he was in an accident and his truck didn't want to start and had the nerve to ask if I could pick up the TV where he was located. Really!? He than tells me, "I think the TV is ok". What really upset me was the fact that he still expected for me to pay the delivery fee. Who says that to a customer? Very late post, but I haven't had the time for this review until now. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Frank was very unprofessional!! I took my computer because one side of my computer frame was coming apart. He told me and my sister it would be ready by Friday. I stopped by on that Friday and Frank wasn't there, his assistant/partner was, and when I asked about my computer, his assistant/partner gave it to me in pieces. I was not very happy about that considering that fact that he took it apart and told me it would be ready by Friday and was not. I then ask his partner for his number which was given. However, when I called Frank, he didn't answer. He texted me later on telling me he wasn't feel well. I then asked him if he can provide me with a date that my computer would be ready for pick up. He texted me, "I'll talk to you soon" without answering my question. Two days later he texted me saying my computer was ready for pick up and it was left worse than when I orginally took it.. I contacted Frank about 6 months ago telling him about my keyboard problem I had with my lap top PC. He suggested I bring it in so he could look at it. I did so and after removing the keyboard from the pc he indeed found that it needed replacing. But with him being so honest he informed me that I could do it myself as I had watched how he had removed the keyboard and that I could purchase another keyboard online. I was shocked, he was taking money out of his own pocket just to help a stranger out. But being a former Marine and also being true to my word I told him that no I had come to his establishment for repair work and I would have him do it as agreed upon. I have not had one problem with my keyboard since the new installation. I am now experiencing some software problems with the same lap top so I will be contacting him in the future to come to my home to work on the lap top and to also hook it up to my wi fi printer.
