I don't remember the exact time frame we were quoted but in March we still hadn't received the coat. By that time my daughter needed a larger size so we cancelled and reordered the same jacket. By AUGUST I still hadn't received the coat. I went in for our annual trip to the store in August and most of the items I needed were out of stock; par for the course. I picked up a few items in store and placed an order to be delivered in 3 weeks time. 6 weeks pass and I call the 1-800 number to check on my order. It was put on my account as "store fulfilled". I ask to speak to a supervisor and request items rushed. Supervisor never calls me back. I still haven't received all my items. I encourage schools to look for alternatives when considering uniforms. Dennis uniform has wasted so much of my time hunting down items and calling to fix their mistakes. I've encouraged our school to opt out of a contract again with Dennis Uniform. It's not worth the headache. It's hard to have a uniform requirement when the company we work with can't fulfill in reasonable timeframes and makes careless mistakes on the regular.
