We were billed for weeks of absent drivers and service. 5. I have made about 20 phone calls to their billing and they refuse to cancel service or aknowledge any past conversations about inconsistent and quality. I was connected right away to their executive assistant, Roberta and immediately set a time for that same day. I went and helped with the design Two sweatshirts embroidered in less than 30 minutes. I was in and out of there. It was about $60 (I can't remember how much) But it was a good price for me. I was pleased with the work! I forgot to take a picture of the sweaters but I the gift ended up being a hit! I recommend them! Note: this was for one embroidery on two sweaters.
