If I could rate at 0 stars I would. I have not the slightest who is managing or running this company but the product, costumer service, and quality is absolute trash. We used this service for a simple once a week drop off and pick up and we might has well have used dirty towels. 1.Towels folded in a way where all folding had to be redone. 2. Towels always smell like MOLD and are crusty and stiff. 3. The driver has an attitude problem and never contestant picks ups OR drops off. 4. We were billed for weeks of absent drivers and service. 5. I have made about 20 phone calls to their billing and they refuse to cancel service or aknowledge any past conversations about inconsistent and quality. If you have a business who has any integrity for quality and consistency, absolutely never use this service. read more

The company I work for has unfortunately been stuck in a very shady contract with this company. We pay them for service (clean towels). In return they send us filthy dirty towels. Some towels are molded, others have rust stains, rips/tears/holes, still damp & look like they haven't been washed in a long time. Not to mention they smell awful! It's very unprofessional. This company is just plain old lazy and has false advertisement. I am currently going through 3 huge bags of towels they sent me and literally every single towel cannot be used because they are filthy & that's an understatement. read more

[Update] Aramark sent 2 private messages to me and want to solve this in private. I'm sorry that I will not respond because of the following reason. When I first noticed the price has increased in an unreasonable amount and frequency, I wrote to my sales contact, asking why from 2014 Aug till late 2015 Feb, the price was $25, $26.6, and then $28.76 (15% increase in 6 months), but I got no answers for more than a month despite multiple emails, so I wrote to the company and said I want to cancel the service because of the service. Then I was VERY GOOD taken care of by another representative and he said he can do whatever I want. So I lowered the price to minimum. In just ONE MONTH, the price rose $2/weekly (8.4%) again. It's totally not fair, even the bank loan has a cap. I realize, I am not capable of fighting this unfair price increase so frequently. It's so not right that every individual has to fight for this, just because you are small, and the contract you signed is protecting Aramark in every possible way and making you very difficult/inconvenient to terminate the contract or argue for yourself. Furthermore, singing a long tern contract should be that you are guaranteed a certain amount of service fee ( or have some cap) over the year you sign, but the Aramark contract is they can increase price unlimited, and you are locked!!! Somehow I feel the law should regulate this. I would like to give credit to their staff though, they are very nice. So if you are the company/restaurant that Service is the key(good people, comprehensive product line) and you don't care about the price, you should go with Aramark. But if you are small business that you count every penny and want to spend your time on your food/product/offering, please don't choose Aramark. I will not delete my review. I feel the voice should be heard, so even I'm super busy, I have to take the time to let other people know. Aramark, please think about your clients and whether your contract is fair. Your price policy should change! I agreed with all the people with negative reviews. These people scam, rude, incompetent and clueless. I called the 800# and left 10 message to have the local district mgr to call me but nobody called. I cancelled my service and went with Cintas. Cintas has much better service. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Stay AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!! We finally terminated our service back in Jan now they are making all kinds of excuses to charge us for random fees!!! Today I received a phone call for $600+ of penalty cuz they claimed we didn't return all of our towel in full. THAT WAS NOT TRUE! We cancelled the service cuz the quality of their towel was too bad and the weekly premium kept going up. And we returned all of the towels when the delivery guy came last time. I've worked with Aramark Uniform Services for over 15 years. For a long time, the pricing was reasonable & the service was good. I always felt like they did business with a handshake. I guess they decided to change the way they do business, which has left several of their clients in a bad way. In 2010: the pricing started getting out of control. I talked with them about it and a more reasonable amount was worked out for the relatively small amount of service I needed. July 2011: I was asked to sign a 3 year contract. My past experience with contracts left me thinking it was for 3 years, at the rate written on the contract or only a small rate increase. The rate was listed as $23.25 per month with "no increases" for 2 years. You sign contracts to protect pricing. Oct 2013: The rate went up and up and up. The monthly rate went from $27.00 to $29.00 to $33.00 in a period of 5 months. The original invoice amounts were higher before the adjustments by the driver. March 2015: The rates are now $43.00/month. I contacted Aramark to cancel the service I was receiving. I assumed the rate increase was because there was no longer a contract, so my service was month to month. The Aramark representative told me they had "auto-renewed" the contract for another 3 years in July 2014. May 20, 2015: I have been forced to send a certified return mail letter to Aramark for the following reasons: 1. Formal request of services cancellation, which won't actually take effect until July 2017 unless they do the right thing and end the contract early. 2. Request service which my company has not received in 2 months. 3. Notification about not receiving invoices which show as due for services not rendered. These invoices clearly show on the monthly statements. I would like to send a sarcastic thank you to Aramark Uniform Services for teaching me a valuable lesson about how much you can be taken for by open ended writing in contracts, the casual words of the representative who wants you to sign and trust built over a decade. In good conscience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone assuming a contract is required. In my opinion, a contract should not be required for this kind of service. Other options should be available and none were given. Update: (May 29, 2015) Aramark contacted me about discontinuing service (& ending the contract early without extra fees). I can respect a company for sticking by their pricing. I believe we agreed our businesses are not a good "fit" for each other. Update: (Oct 6, 2015) Service has stopped. Billing has stopped. I was never contacted about the service contract actually being cancelled, so I have no idea what they are doing or not doing about that. Again, I will go on "good faith" that they will not come back at me with a massive early termination billing. A single phone call or email could have avoided this update. For Aramark: I strongly suggest you do away with required contracts for businesses only wanting a small amount of service. Truly awful. Cycles through drivers and District Managers. We followed protocol and filed two non performance letters to get out of our contract. District Manager shows up to "save" the account, we told him we're not interested. Driver refuses to pick up linens without permission of the GM. Pay more and go with a local vendor. read more

Let me begin saying that this location may or may not be responsible for earning this review. Aramark is a very large company and the stockroom pick ticket is from "location 0516 Oakland". That being said, I work at Dublin chevrolet on John Monego ct. I am a technician in the Chevy shop and have been here for 1 year. In this time Aramark has made it very clear that providing me with "Uniforms" is not something that they are capable of doing. I would be impressed if anyone at this company could spell uniform, and i am positive that nobody at Aramark knows the definition of the word. Long story short, since week 3 of my employment the clothing that Aramark has provided has consisted of shirts in 3 different sizes made by at least 2 different manufacturers. The pants have been in 2 different sizes by at least 2 different manufacturers and labeled with 3 different names. The garments were delivered in many different conditions. Some items were new some were lightly used some were tattered and some were new with severe damage including burnt holes separated seams in the crotch, And multiple missing buttons. I have tried for nearly a year to have them fix these problems and they have not been able to fix anything. I will go as far as to say they have only made things worse. Oh ya if you follow the instructions that they provide and tag the problem garments, they are returned with the same problems and the string that once attached the problem tag still attached. Bottom line is Aramark that services the Dublin area is useless. read more
