This nail spa is fairly new. It is comfortable and clean and the person at the front desk is friendly. There's usually not a long wait for walk ins. If you don't want to chance it like I did today (and waited a hour) make an appointment. They show you options available, but there's never pressure to upgrade services. I've been coming here since it opened and I loved it, I stopped going for about 5 months came back for a full set and pedi since then they got a front desk girl who acts like a complete smart ass when I called to make my appointment it was such a hassle with her and during my appointment she sat in front of me staring the entire time, I was extremely uncomfortable. Horrible customer service - They do not honor appointments. I Had a 12:00 appointment for a fill today, Monday, 02/11/24, with Mia. I arrived on time and she was doing another customer's nails. She didn't finish the customer's nails until 12:30, which made her 30 minutes late for my appointment. My previous appointment with Mia two weeks prior the same thing happened and she didn't start my nails until 45 minutes late, so this is not isolated incident. I pointed out that she was 30 minutes late today and two weeks ago she was 45 minutes late. She said they give an hour for each appointment and if the customer wants a design they can't say no. I said my time is money and that is poor customer service. She kept trying to justify their poor customer service by saying, "We can't say no to the customer when they ask for a design." I said that can be easily fixed by asking what the customer wants when they schedule their appointment. Once again she said, "We are not allowed to ask." I know it didn't take her 90 minutes to do the customer's nails before me. The customer was probably a walk-in. I told her my time is money and you just lost a customer because of your poor business practices. She didn't seem bothered at all. There are prior reviews stating the same issue about them not honoring appointments. Check the reviews. If your time isn't valuable, then go to Unik Nails. BTW Mia runs the show while she is there. She answers the phone, walks away and goes to the front desk to books appointments while she is doing your nails. Nail shops are a dime a dozen, save yourself the time and aggravation by not going there. read more

Great place! Clean, friendly, and accommodating. I got a pedi and dip mani. Detailed, took their time, and didn't hurt or cut me. Jessica did my pedi and Tim did my mani. Both are good. I like how they show you a timer to start the additional massage I wanted. The only thing is when I asked for dip, they did the base in dip but the color with gel. I prefer dip for the entire process because I don't like putting my hands under the uv light. All in all, great place and if I lived close I'd definitely come back. read more

Make sure you like the color they put on your hands before leaving I got a fill yesterday which was $43 I gave lak a $15 tip because he's great he does a very good job and stays focused no matter if there's certain distractions! His manicures are very good! My gel pedicure I got the first time I went I didn't like which was done by I'm assuming the owner she's the older lady she's seems nice but I didn't like the job she did on my pedicure it was bulky and she didn't paint the whole toe nail so I was willing to keep going only for my hands and only with LAK because observing everyone who works there he's the most focused one and talks the least but the fact that they wanted to charge me $30 just to change my color is wild enough for me to not return when I just got a fill yesterday! I love coming to get my nails done here! Mike gives the best foot massages (and boy am i over due). Tiffany is the sweetest and helps me pick what colors I should do. She also does everything to make me comfortable and relax (which if you knew me, you know is hard). Tristy also has done great work on me! It is rare when a write a review but I want to express the poor customer service they provided. The service done by Lak was great got a pedicure with him but the folks in the front running the agenda and times are terrible. I made an appointment for 5:30pm they didn't sit me down until past 6pm keep in mind they close at 7pm. He did the service and since we were the last ones there I had no time to allow my nails to dry. Once I got home I noticed one of my nails had the polish messed up given it was a French tip it was noticeable so I went back today (next day) and asked for it to be fixed they said I had to wait an hour for him to fix it I said it doesn't have to be as long as I can get it fixed and not wait that long. They said they had no estimated time and I asked again and ensured it was okay if it wasn't with him so she said okay let me see in a few and has me sit. 20 minutes went by and I asked again and she said oh another 30 minutes I'm like are you serious? I can't wait an hour for one nail like that's it just one nail and she looked at me with a blank stare. After they had me wait so long yesterday even with an appointment they still expected me to wait an hour to fix one nail that was their fault because they didn't give me any time to allow it to dry. I would not recommend if you value your time and like things to go as scheduled. read more

Made an appointment to have a pedicure and fill done at the same time but when I arrived they did my pedicure first, then a fill. I also asked for a pink and white fill where you are supposed to have white powder on the tip and she said that she could not do it that way so they polished the tip white instead. A pink and white fill is more expensive than a regular fill so just ask for a regular fill instead. I do have to say that the pedicure was amazing and she did a wonderful job so I will definitely go back for that but may get my nails done somewhere else. The people are very nice and the nail salon is clean so that is a plus. I know a new business has growing pains so hopefully in the next coming months they will only get better. read more

It's always a hit or miss. I loved it at first but as they started getting used to me, I noticed they paid less attention to detail. Their gel work has not been good lately, nails have been super thick even after asking them to make them thinner. I recommend all customers to turn their translators on their phone, you will hear all the sh** talking they do about you. Not only do you go in to get good service, you go in to help their business out as well. I think we all deserve respect. I always try to be friendly with them and give respect and I don't think it's okay for them to talk bad just for the way I want my nails done. It's their job to get our nails how we want them. Instead of talking bad, explain the reasons why sometimes you can't get it the way we want. I'm sad that I'm not as happy as I used to be with this place. I wish I hadn't heard them talk so much sh** and laugh at people. This wasn't the first time, I just let it flow. read more

Very clean and tastefully decorated! The staff was kind and professional. They were not pushy at all; which is hard to find at a nail salon. Mia did the gel manicure and was detailed but efficient. For my pedicure, the technician was fantastic. I'm was very disappointed when I went into the nail shop. My mom & I went into there last friday. We had went in there 3 weeks into them being open the first time. We where very happy with the service, staff, prices & the caring nail girls. This time my mother is disabled & it takes her a while to get all set up. But the lady Linda kept rushing my mom & then me. Had to tell her to stop & let mom take her time. Then I requested Mia to do my mani/pedi. She was doing it but at one point she told me she doesn't do mani/pedis but she would do mine. All the staff kept talking in their language to each other & pretty much not talking to us. We ended up leaving with no mani's. We will not be returning to this shop. We really liked it because it was a clean place & staff was friendly. They talked to us the first time we went. Plus I paid for callus remover & that was really a disappointment. She put the lotion & plastic on one foot. Then she took the plastic & left over cream from first foot onto my second one. That was wrong & still charged me the 10.00 for it. I hope whoever reads this review will make some changes.
