Bacon and egg on a sesame bagel. Hash Brown on Side.

This place is one of the best bagel spots I have come to know. Upbeat and lively. Good music playing and the staff is great. Very professional and friendly. I ordered the same dish two days in a row and it was cooked the same way two days in a row. That's how I know they mean business. Ordered their home fries and they were good. Not the crunchy type, but very good and seasoned. I always visit this place when I'm in Long Island.

I come here every time I want a bagel on Long Island. Their lox (plain) bagels with veggie cream cheese are bombtastic! Its my go-to. I like the plain bagels with avocado, onion, lox, and cream cheese, toasted. Totals to about $6. They also carry a huge variety of muffins, flat bagels, coffee bar, drinks, cold cuts, and snacks (American and Asian). The Korean family that runs it is super friendly. This shop is located right next to Lynbrook high school and often has high schoolers in it as well as some people at the tables reading their newspapers and enjoying some coffee. Back when I was in high school I would come here during my lunch time and get fresh bagels. This is a cozy place to be. Give it a try!

You are surely going to be greeted here so you won't have an issue about being noticed and you are quickly met at the door. Seating you is a priority here and they make sure that you are comfortable. The aesthetics greet you as you enter and while you are seated. Lynbrook Eats can be suitable for a business luncheon, breakfast, or dinner. It also presents it's dining experience as a romantic setting as well. Today I started with two glasses of water due the heat. I had the Cajun shrimp and grits. If you love spicy, this is your dish. That being said, that will be my last time eating it only because it doesn't set well on my stomach. I'm looking forward to digging in to hotcakes next visit. Eating solo? The space is warm and inviting. The menu offers all day brunch as well as some more lunch type items. They have a bunch of different lemonades, both the Arnold Palmer and blood orange versions were quite good. The Le Grand BLT may have been the most perfect BLT I've ever had. Wonderful grilled sourdough filled with Maple Pepper Bacon, Tomato, Mixed Greens, Garlic Aioli and Bacon Jam. It was a little sweet, a little savory and all around delicious. Served with house "chips", not potato chips but maybe fried wraps(?), I'm not sure but they were amazing and addictive. The FS Chicken Salad included Grapes, Apples, Cranberries, Celery, Red Onion, Tomatoes, Candied Walnuts, Mixed Greens on a Croissant was excellent and also served with the house chips. They were also accommodating for a nut allergy and were able to make it without the walnuts. It was reythe perfect spot to grab lunch and I'd go back any time.
