Found this place close to out aribnb and they took walk ins! German did an awesome job on my friends tattoo. Unfortunately mine is a little sloppy and the lines are crooked and bleeding and I'm not sure of the artists name. Place was nice I just got the wrong artist disappointed and will probably have to pay to have this removed now. read more

Just wanted to take a Moment to shout out Angelina for being so nice to me yesterday and very helpful. I called asking if they can fix my tongue ring because it has fallen out and she informed me that i called the right place and that she was actually the jeweler and she'll be able to help me as a walk in. i was very pleased and came in about 10 minutes later. parking was okay. right next to a liquor store with a group of men standing around so as a women i was kinda nervous but overall the appearance of the shop i loved. i was actually on the phone with my mom and mentioned i like how it says on the door they open at "12ish" . i thought that was too funny. I was greeted when i came inside and informed angelina I'm who called on the phone. she assisted me with my piercing in like 30 secs literally. it's a surface piercing so it comes out pretty often and I've been to plenty of shops across la county to get it replaced or put back on and usually they charge a fee. When i asked how much it was she told me i didn't have to pay her. i said "what?? no" this is the first shop I've even been to where i coulda just basically got free service and i even tho it was so easy for her i just appreciated that she also gave me information i didn't even know about my piercing and gave me a card as well with her info. This is the place where I got my best tattoo so far. I came in to get my sons name and retouch another tat. And the service was awesome. I will definitely come here again. My tattoo artist was josh. He vocally walked through the process what he's going to do and did himself a stencil to put on me. He triple checked everything, and asked if it looked good before starting. My sister was having a mid life crisis and was going through a rough divorce, after 15 years of misery, x2 tweenies and a scar deep and rough to match on her lower abdomen, she decided she wanted a makeover! Firstly, she decided to cover the ugly c-section scar with a tattoo. We yelped, and yelped and yelped until we finally chose Mike Pyro at Union Electric Tattoo. I called to make an appointment with him but the person said he was not in but gave me his cell and to text him.. Which I preferred anyways. Mike texted right away and I happily booked a spot by paying a deposit through PayPal. When we got to the location, we knew we were not in Kansas Anymore! ... A bit sketchy part of Gardena but found parking directly across the road. Mike was easy going and very professional and put my sister at ease. My sister showed him a picture of what she wanted and he said No Worries.. easy! (: While my sister was getting situated... I noticed the store is an open room with no privacy partitions so you can hear other workers and their conversations. I heard the owner telling the other coworkers he took his daughter the night before to a K-POP Concert and paid $350 a pop! I would have paid $350 just to see this grown stalky bald man, tatted from head to toe going to a K-Pop Concert with his 10 year old daughter! After my sister was done with her tattoo, she was sooooo freakn happy with the results, she gave him a nice tip! She was smiling from ear to ear! Mike's art work is beautiful, accurate and his shading is spot on! Unfortunately my sister is a little shy to show the tattoo because of the area it's situated.
