Just part of the store. Super cool place. Definitely worth the trip.

One of the most wonderful tea shops I've ever been in. Extremely knowledgeable. If Todd is available, he's the guy. He helped me tremendously knows a lot about tea. Love this place. Definitely worth the visit.

THIS PLACE IS THE CUTEST SECRET-NOT-SO-SECRET SHOP EVER!!! I don't drink alcohol so when I found out about a SIP N PAINT NIGHT of course I had to check it out!!! I went with a friend and we got to try their amazing teas snack on biscuits while painting with Ryan, the artist! Not only are the owners super friendly and just the sweetest human beings ever, they are really knowledgable about all sorts of teas and love supporting local businesses. They sell a huge variety of products from fragrances, locally farmed honey, handmade soaps, and even Ribena! If you don't know what that is you definitely need to come here and find out. :) If you love tea and everything that comes with it, please stop by and show this place some love! I am obsessed!!!!

Had such an AMAZING afternoon for my friends baby shower! Petra is so helpful, excited, passionate about her business. She puts a lot of LOVE into it with all of the details. Even her daughters are involved, which says a lot about the business, it's truly a family run place. The teas and biscuits were ONE OF a KiND! Had a great time painting, sipping tea, and shopping with all of the uniqueness

Union Jack's Tea is a gem in the city of Glendale. Last night was a wonderful hour full of laughter and Tea. Found the best tea I ever tasted. Learned so much about Tea and types of tea than I thought it was possible to find in one store. Let's not talk about the surprisingly amount of English treats and gift ideas for the youngest or oldest member of your family. My teen and I had a wonderful moment, it was the perfect setting to bound with her. I am happy their schedule is flexible so I can come back for more tea and more gifts for Christmas. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. I can start my painting career now lol P.S. Seats are limited book your painting reservations early.

    Best steeper ever!!!! Must have!!!

I found out about this store from Facebook and wanted to get gifts for Christmas. I thought there would be more British items to purchase (other food items like jams, scone mix) but it's mostly teas and candles. There is an area selling stuffies, mugs. Teas come loose tea and as satchets.

We did…read morenot have reservations as it was last minute but the owner was so nice and she was able to squeeze us in. We were so lucky they were able to accommodate us so last minute. So I definitely recommend getting a reservation on the weekend. I'm so glad we were able to experience such a cozy and charming place! My expectations were exceeded and here's why: Atmosphere: Walking in you feel like you're stepping into a cute cottage with chandeliers, vintage chairs, and it's definitely giving Bridgerton vibes. We were only able to see the inside but I was told they have a garden outside. It is a bit smaller on the inside but maybe it's because there were so many people. Very quaint but so cute and the decor was so intentional. There was even a chandelier with tiny tea cups on it and a wall full of tea. Food: The food was so fresh! The scones were warm and tasted like they were just baked. They do have vegetarian options which was great because not a lot of places have that. The sandwiches were so good! They threw in a few extra as a courtesy. The fruit was refreshing and the desserts were rich! There was a variety of selection for desserts. Tea: WOW BEST TEA OF MY LIFE. The tea here was out of this world! I've never had tea like this in my entire life. I wish I was exaggerating. I'm going to be dreaming about this tea. I tried the Peach Rooibos and it was the best tea I've ever had. They even have a huge machine for the tea it was impressive. My mom tried the Vanilla Coconut and she said it delicious! And she's not too much of a tea person but she kept serving herself 3-4 times and said she wanted to take the tea home with her. Service: 10000/10 stars. The owner is such a sweet and classy woman who made us feel so welcome. It was like talking to someone you've known for ages. She made so much effort to talk to us and serve us tea. She even offered to take photos for us without us asking. Super sweet of her! And the other lovely woman serving us was delightful. She kept asking if everything was good or alright. She asked if we were all happy with everything. Despite being so busy with a bachelorette and baby shower party going on they came to check on us multiple times. These two women truly went above and beyond and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Overall we loved this place and will definitely come back! Thank you for such a fun experience!

The menu has a large variation of teas, including my favorite butterscotch--a rich buttery tea with notes of vanilla. Each tea is served in vintage porcelain cups. Our delicate tea sandwiches along with our honey served in a unique sparkling glass container were perfection. I also loved that the portions were very generous. I was joined by my friend Roxy, who was dressed so beautifully and is always so sweet and considerate and wonderful company, which made the entire afternoon a wonderful memorable experience. I cannot wait to return again!

The space is cute, cozy, and perfect for catching up with friends or hosting a small gathering. Just note, it's not large enough for big groups. Food & Tea: The afternoon tea setup is the way to go with their scones, tea sandwiches, and desserts. While not mind-blowing, everything was still really good and thoughtfully prepared. Favorites: -Egg Sandwich - Simple, fresh, and flavorful. -Apricot Scone - Fruity and lightly sweet. - Rosemary Scone - Unique and fragrant, with just the right balance of savory and sweet. The teas: Delicious we sampled a variety of their black teas and enjoyed every single one. Why Go: A great spot for small, intimate outings or a catch-up session over tea. The setting is quaint, the service friendly, and the tea selections worth coming back for. Parking: Lot/Meter Overall: Sugarbird Café is a great choice for an afternoon tea experience. The scones and tea are the stars, and the outdoor seating makes the experience more relaxed.

Relaxing tea house with hangout vibes (still finding its rhythm)…read moreStopped by Monstera Tea House and the first thing I noticed was how bright and airy the space feels. The interior leans minimalist -- lots of white, light wood tabletops, and green plant accents that match the "Monstera" name. It's a calm and comfortable space to sit for a while. They also have board games like chess, Uno, and Jenga, which makes it feel more like a casual hangout spot than just a quick grab-and-go tea shop. What I ordered: Peach Hibiscus tea with rainbow jelly 5 macarons (pistachio x2, vanilla, strawberry, and another flavor everything except caramel) Fried chicken tenders & fries combo They offer 10% off if you follow them on Instagram or Facebook, which brought my total to about $25. The Peach Hibiscus tea ended up being the highlight. It was refreshing and not overly sweet, and the rainbow jelly added a fun texture. I was a little disappointed they were out of boba, since that's usually my go-to topping. The macarons looked nice visually but the flavors didn't quite come through. The pistachio in particular tasted mostly sweet rather than having a distinct pistachio flavor. The shells were also a bit chewy with slightly uneven edges. The fried chicken tenders and fries ended up being the biggest issue. Two guests ahead of me had already been waiting around 30 minutes before I even placed my order. After ordering, it became clear the kitchen hadn't actually started the food yet. I could hear one staff member explaining to another how to make the tenders and mentioning that the process takes about 7 minutes total. Hearing that while watching orders sit unprepared made the delay a bit confusing. The couple ahead of me had ordered about 10 minutes before I did and still hadn't received their food either. The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves and chatting, which is great for morale, but the service side didn't feel very focused on getting orders out in a timely way. Eventually I decided to ask for a refund rather than continue waiting. I also noticed they sell $18 individual cakes that come in small square tins (similar to tiramisu containers). They might taste great, but visually they looked fairly simple, so the price point felt a bit high for what you see. Overall: The space itself is pleasant and the tea was refreshing. It's also nice that they provide games for people to hang out. Unfortunately, between the food delays, items being out of stock, and the feeling that the kitchen wasn't fully prepared yet, the experience ended up feeling like a lot of money spent without much payoff. Personally it's not a spot I'd return to, though the atmosphere may still appeal to people looking for a place to relax and play a game
