I felt unsafe and targeted by the main guy (ginger) in the office. If I could give a 0 I would. The owner (or manager) is insanely rude. He screamed at me (19 year old girl, college student) due to me being quoted $250 MAX for the pick up of the vehicle by his employee when I questioned why the price was $585. I then get yelled at being called a liar, and also got yelled at for "calling his employee a liar." My 20yr old female friend was also screamed at to the point she was crying in the office. He decides to even it out with $350, after claiming it was impounded, yelling at me, calling me a liar, and "making his time wasted.". The other employees in the office were amazing, helpful, and explained the situation while their boss was screaming at a teenager. Afterwards we had left the office to go retrieve the car. While switching vehicles we see said man, owner, manager person, leave the office and start walking towards us which is across the street. At this point we're are scared and trying to leave as soon as possible because we felt unsafe and scared of this man. He was almost at the car's window by the time she was able to drive out before he approach us. read more

Super friendly and prompt service! Writing this review late, but I slid off the road in December and had to get towed to the mechanic to replace a cracked rim and two blown out tires. I scheduled a pick up for a few days ahead of time, driver showed up on time. He was super friendly and made conversation with me while loading up my car. Didn't make any unannounced detours, just took me straight to the shop. I wish I remembered his name, but to the guy with glasses driving this rollback, thank you so much for your help! read more

My car broke down on I95 recently.The traffic was heavy and I was on crutches. I didn't even dare to get out until the tow truck got there. Drew their driver helped me get safely out and then waited with me until my friend picked me up as I was worried I could not get up into the tow truck. My car was towed today the driver took off to the bank . I followed behind him. Never said he had to make a stop . I'm wondering the whole time where in the world is this man going with my car right now . Stops at the bank gets out doesn't say a word to me goes in the bank for maybe I would say Maybe 7 to 10 minutes . Comes back out jumps in the truck takes off brings my car to the location the shop that I was having it towed to. Upon arrival after he takes my vehicle down I look inside and the car is all Filthy all over from the council to the driver seat the floor the steering wheel. Now the trip is exactly 29 miles. We were in Bangor for just one night when our truck broke down at the campground. I called Union Street Towing for a jump start but that did not work so we ended up needing a tow. I asked the guys who came - sorry, I didn't get their names - to recommend a repair place and they offered to call for me. That was a huge weight off my mind. This is a quality, top-notch auto repair shop. Their workers really know what they're doing. My friends and I were driving up to Acadia National Park from Boston, when our car wouldn't start outside of a Walmart in Brewer, Maine. The sun had set, places were closing, and it was cold. But lucky for us, Union Street Towing is open 24/7! We called AAA and they called Union Street, and told us it would be about 30 minutes. Stephen got here in 28! When jumping our car didn't work, Stephen got out a wrench, opened up the terminal (not sure what that is, but that's what he called it), and voila! Our car worked again. My Mercedes had a dead battery, so I called Mercedes to get a tow! They contracted Union Street for the job. After the initial text saying they would be at my house in 10 minutes, I received a call saying the driver had to get lunch and would be at my house in 1 1/2 hours. After waiting nearly two hours, I got a call saying the driver did not want to cross the bridge on the road to my house because he thought it was too small! I informed the company that logging trucks and concrete trucks passed on the bridge and road currently and that he should have no issues but they were not willing to come and tow me! I contacted Sullivan Towing and they got the job done in less than an hour! If you need a tow, don't use this company! I suggest you use Sullivan's! read more

My car kinda choked out while I was traversing on I-95 earlier today... I panicked and pulled over then called union street towing. The girl I spoke to on the phone was really nice and stayed on with me while I ran to the nearest mile marker for a location. I waited in my car with my hazards on for a max of 20 minutes before the truck came up and pulled over in front of me. I didn't catch the guys name but he was really nice as well and then talked with me while we towed back to the location. When the destination changed he was cool about it and didn't seem at all bothered to help me out. In all it was a really fast and efficient service and I appreciate the friendliness of the people involved. read more
