Saw these folks on Craigslist, advertising a used SUV for sale. Called before going over, spoke to a SUPER FRIENDLY gal named MELISSA. She gave me a contact person to talk to upon arrival, who turned out to be LUIS. For me, these guys broke the typical "stereotype" of used car dealerships and salespeople! Luis was ready and waiting when I arrived. He showed me the vehicle, went over all the pertinent info, I did a test drive, and I was sold! After the test drive, Luis and I did a "little" bantering on the price and came to a VERY FAIR agreement - and I purchased the vehicle, no apprehensions whatsoever! The vehicle is SUPER CLEAN, EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED, and is even BETTER than I expected for a used vehicle! The entire "transaction" totally exceeded my expectations as well - no "schmooze talk or BS" - and I appreciate that kind of service. There was an issue with my tags/registration on MY SIDE (USPS' side actually) where my tags were returned undeliverable as addressed, although the envelope was correctly addressed by UAC! I called UAC and talked to ANOTHER SUPER FRIENDLY gal named NANCY. She informed me my tags had been sent back to them, she had them on hand, and I could come down anytime to pick them up, no worries (she also offered to mail them again, but I wanted to meet Nancy in person because she was SO HELPFUL)!! Was highly recommended by a friend to try them out and thank goodness I did. I had originally taken my vehicle to a big dealership where they advised to me that I needed these repairs urgently and well something didn't sit right with what they were telling my vehicle needed. I then decided to take my vehicle to Unique Auto Sales to get a quote. I needed all these things serviced and repaired but thankfully they took a good look at everything and told me what really needed to be done. I was going to pay for a lot of unnecessary maintenance on my vehicle but thankfully they were very helpful in explaining all the repairs that were required. Got a very reasonable quote and they were very up front on the services I needed. Not only did I get all the repairs I needed but some of the inventory they had was looking like I need to stop by again when I am ready to sell my car or get a new one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is definitely a hidden gem. Not only can they fix your vehicle but you can also take a look at all the inventory they have as well for sell. This is the second time that I purchased a vehicle from this dealership! This place is the place to be when you're looking for a car. Especially if you don't have good credit. They really do what they can to help you out to make sure you drive away in a car. T is amazing with financing and understanding certain circumstances that may come in the way, but he does what he can to find a loan for you. He literally came to my rescue without a doubt. Auggie was so friendly and welcoming right when you step out of your car. He greets you with kindness and offers you water just to make sure you are comfortable. Took 2 visits to find the car I was looking for. First time I went, I was greeted by Luis who was professional. I let him know what I saw online but he informed me that the vehicle had already been sold. He offered me something very similar, but I had decided to wait. I didn't feel any pressure and he provided financing options as what I could do when I was ready to buy. About a month later I saw a Sorento that had all the amenities I was looking for, for he right price. I text to see if it was available and Luis responded quickly. They deleted my review once, here I am writing another review, these guys are scammers. They scammed my cousin, sold him a car with a broken radio, and probably have sold many broken cars to other customers. That is why this business has either 5 star reviews or 1 star, because the people putting 5 stars are the people that are forced into giving that rating for something in exchange, while the 1 star people are the real reviews, they give detailed descriptions on what they did to the customer. Again, the car came with rock chips, faded paint, broken radio, bald tire, and dead battery. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy, that bad of a place it is. read more

The car lot is very clean on the outside as well as inside. Customer service was exceptional. They were very welcoming and patient. I had both my boys with me (they are 5&6). They were very friendly and even held conversations with the boys. I test drove two different cars. Both cars were clean on the inside and had plastic on the floors to keep them clean. Once I knew what car I wanted things flowed smooth and fast!!! T and Mike are awesome. Actually everyone at the lot is amazing. It was very clean on the inside and out. Me and my Husband came in today and spoke to Luis about a Ford Flex we have been looking at online for a while now but were scared to go in due to the covid-19. Luis assured us that they're employees were trained to wipe down all surfaces with sanitizing wipes. When we test drove the car is smelled freshly cleaned as well as the office looked like it was just cleaned that morning. All staff were also wearing gloves. They truly did care for the safety of the customers. Going back to the flex I got an amazing deal and was glad we came in today before it was gone! Come here if you want to get ripped off!! Lame salespersons, lame cars with over 100k miles with and a lot of mechanical problems. Then they will try to sell you several warranties and forge your signature on the contract. Buyer beware! I will guarantee you, you will be ripped off. Even the workers stare at you once you get there, like if warning you to leave they do scams here. Either that or they are very high.
