They we're willing to sell me a car with no one else would because of my credit. the tires on the car already had wires showing I had a talk to to get people order to get new tires on the car but in the end they gave me used tires. the car came with a limited warranty said only covers engine and transmission. after 2 days I found the car had a small oil leak and a leak is the hose for the power steering fluid I took the car back to the guy sold me the car and he got mad when I told him about the problem. I talk to his boss told him I was wrong and he sent me to the mechanic to have it checked out and I'm still waiting for them to fix it they told me they did not have time today to take it back the next day so I will go back tomorrow and see what happens. everything else but car work good and the car is nice. but the guy who sold the car is being rude now that I am telling him about the problems. Well the check engine light went off winter time I have the warranty they will check it and tell me there's nothing wrong and clear but it would turn it back on again as well as oil light. When they say the oil is fine and it doesn't need to change. Car makes a funny noise when I try to stop I think it has something to do with the break but something That is not covered under warranty. They told me the card be about 6,000 and I trade in my car they gave me 2,000 For it can't figure out why I still owe 9,000 after they include all the prices and taxes. Plus the car was a year older than what they told me it was. They did manage to fix most of the major problems but they had my car for pretty much the first month just to fix all the problems I should have that fixed before they sold the car to me. I was originally attracted to this place because it was a family owned business. The staff was helpful and laid back, different from most used car centers. The process was quick. Starla, who we first got in touch with, was wonderful/nice/super quick to respond to our emails. T, Luis and Spiro were also accommodating. The car was missing a few aesthetics (clip and trunk cover for the hatchback) and they got them in by the time I brought it back to be detailed. Detail job was mediocre ..but it was right before the thanksgiving holiday and I was in a bit of a hurry, so I let it pass. I bought a FIAT about 2 months ago. When I first seen the car in person I fell in love with the car, clean, good condition etc. I was ready to take it for a test drive and the battery wouldn't turn on (red flag) that I should have paid attention to. I was able to test drive the car anyway after them charging the battery and the car drove fine. So I purchased the car anyway and agreed I wouldn't be taking it with me till the next day because they said they would put in a new battery in for me and that they would buff out some water stains the car had. Picked it up and a week later the AC went out so I took the car back and NO problem they fixed it for me because they offer 1000 miles and or 30 days. Pick it up and 2 weeks later the car starts shaking when I drive on the fwy and hit the breaks so I take it back in and they fix it without a problem. So I want to say a couple weeks after that my car goes in to gear but won't go move on D or R, changes gear but doesnt move! So it almost left me stranded and I dont drive it cus luckily this is my "spare car" so I have another car I can drive in the meantime. A week after I try moving the car the battery is completely DEAD! So I try charging the car battery and NO luck! I call the dealer and tell them everything i have experienced and they dont want to help me because its been over the 30 days and they said their hands are tied! The problem is that this car was already giving me problems since the first week I bought it and now Im suppose to keep paying a car that doesn't even turn on? Absolutely do not buy from this dealer. I trusted a car gurus review and got screwed over. I contacted this dealer on Labor Day weekend and got the car later that week. I spoke to one of the salesman, Luis and he gave me his personal number. After spending a little over 5,000 for a messed up 2010 Chevy Malibu, he had assured us they checked everything on the car, that it ran perfectly. We would have left with the car that same day but, one of the back tail lights was out. If it wasn't for my dad noticing the tail light was out we would have left with that car the way it was and most likely would have gotten a ticket. We asked them to fix it and we came back for the car the next day. We honestly should have just asked for our money back. I also ended up getting a ticket because I was not given paper plates when I left. I wasn't even aware of the new law with paper plates untill I got pulled over and was given a citation by a cop who then informed me of that new law. Anyway, Luis told me to call him if anything was wrong with the car. About a week later we checked the cars water and oil, there was no oil in the car, and the water was SUPER dirty. After taking it to a mechanic for an inspection we found out that the car had about 1500 dollars worth of repairs. Of course that's with any older car but we paid 5000 for it. Id expect a 5000 dollar car to have at least 500-900 worth of repairs. After trying to fix the car and realizing it was a lost cause I tried calling Luis who gave me his personal number and told me to call if the car had any problems only to find out he had blocked my number. I then called the actual dealership and got in contact with the owner or general manager, I honestly can't remember and all she offered me was a free oil change at 3,000 miles. I'm sorry but I drove an hour and a half to that specific dealer, I'm not going to drive an hour and a half for JUST an oil change. Especially if My car was likely to break down half way there. As for the paper plates, she said someone had stolen them or something. Wow. Just absolutely wow. I'd give this dealer 0 stars if I could. Please avoid this dealer at all costs. The car I had bought from this place was honestly more of a burden than a benefit. This is the worst dealer I've ever had the misfortune of coming across. read more

Purchase a 2014 f150 6 months ago from the salesman Saul Diaz and the first thing the salesman said is they needed to activate the gold star tracking system to find out that I been in contact with goldstar and there was never a receipt or an account for this tracking system so that means that the dealership pocket $1,000 and now they want me to bring the truck saying the device is not working I took it to my mechanic and they checked all around the truck there's no device for a tracking system as I talked to Mr Diaz he's been BSing all this time never want to talk to him I'm not taking my truck cuz I don't want them to touch it because I don't know what they'll do to it to get back at me I believe in Carmel but comes around goes around and he'll get his money is very important to them in order to do this that's on a fixed income and retired bad dealership are you see on your sides is the positive but no negative reviews so what does that say bad management also read more

I found this dealer through the true car service online, and the rep that contacted me was Britney. From the start it was hard to come in and see the car because she was not willing to stay late (past 6pm) so i can come and see the car when I got out of work. The time I was able to make it there she was very unprofessional and had a very bad sales approach like trying to pressure me into buying the car by saying that "we don't hold cars so if you don't buy it now we might sell it to someone else" which in my opinion is not a good sales approach. Overall it was just a bad experience I had with her and I would not recommend anybody to deal with her. So happy with this dealer. I sent an inquiry yesterday and immediately received a call from Joe Lewis. Told him I would be in today to check out a sonata. Joe text me today and told me he would be leaving for the day but to speak with T. That didn't bother me. I know things come up and Joe was professional enough to let me know. Walked in and spoke with T. I let him know my credit wasn't great but I was prepared to have a cosigner if needed. Did the credit check on myself and my cosigner and was actually able to get a decent apr with my credit alone. That's awesome! My apr was lower than Carmax which was surprising. They worked on a down payment with me and took their time researching the best way to get me an apr that fit my finances. I let T know I wasn't extatic about the low profile tires and they offered to swap them out for me free of charge. Also pointed out a small dent in the front end and told me they would have it fixed the following morning. I was able to walk in and out within 2 hours. Come prepared. A paycheck stub, proof of address, and 10 references and ID is a given. I am extremely pleased with their level of customer service and will definitely be referring friends and family here. Joe had the courtesy to let me know he would be unavailable and T worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. Thank you Unique Auto. I dont even know where to begin..! I have never in my life met anyone RUDER or more INCOMPETENT than Hernando. Had me drive for 3hrs knowing the " car " he was going to have me view was a total piece of junk. The seats looked like somebody had chewed on them, somehow the staring wheel looked even worst, dented all over and specified as not accidented but yet had a disguting paint job redone on both bumpers. But the best part was probably that it was missing an exhaust pipe...! Which when i remarked it, was told " honey its on the other side ". That fucking moron couldnt have possibly imagined such an explanation was gona fly?!!! The model i am checking out has two exhaust pipes dumbass!!! I literally had him kneel down amd look under the car to show him the empty blck tube sticking out missing the pipe lmao. Also the car produced blue smoke when i switched on the engine, not something i had ever been given to see before...So to summ up: terrible experience, complete scam, and was laughed at because i am a woman. Unfortunately i seemed to know more about cars than they excpected even though i dont have a dick, just sad. I bought a car here that came with only one key. I explained the the salesperson, Luis, that I needed a car with a spare key and he said that he would be able get me a spare key if I bought the car and Unique Auto Center would pay for it to be made. Obviously I was reluctant to get the car on an empty promise of getting spare key made and asked if they were able to have it made before signing any paperwork, which he tells me that his boss would never agree to having the spare key made prior to me purchasing the car, because there is a possibility of me backing out after the key is made. I explain that I'm hesitant to make the purchase before, because there is always the possibility of the programming not working...to which Luis tells me that they outsource to this locksmith all the time and that "He's programmed thousands of Mercedes keys and they always work." I figure I have no other option if I want the car and Luis is giving me his word. Once the whole financial process finishes, the locksmith is about to close and says I would have to come back to get a key programmed. Now, I live in Long Beach and it's very inconvenient driving to Fontana again, but I need the spare key so I drive back today to make it happen. I call the locksmith ahead of time and he tells me as long as I'm there before 4:00, they can program another key. I then call Luis to confirm that I'm heading there, but he doesn't pick up, so I leave a voicemail asking him to call me back. I arrive there at 2:40pm, giving ample time before they close at 5:00, just so if there is any issue, I'm there early to solve it. The locksmith tells me that he can program a new key but it won't have the push start function that only the dealer can program (which Luis failed to mention). I end up waiting until 4:50 'til the guy comes out and tells me that they can't get the code off of the car to program another one...so I wasted a whole day, driving an hour and a half, waiting for over 2 hours, and then driving 2+ hours to get home and for nothing, because Luis set me up with an incompetent locksmith and exaggerated his abilities read more

They are terrible I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze with only 20000 miles on it you would think the car should be in great condition but no after I already went through with the purchase I noticed the whole side of the driver side was side swiped it looked like they tried to cover it up and did a terrible job then 35 days after purchasing my car it broke down and I had warranty and it wasn't covered supposedly also I go to look for the license plates for the car and they didn't provide them for me I had to spend 4 hours at the dmv for plates they told me they would reimburse me for the cost and nope they didn't they are terrible they promised me to do their best to help out with getting my car together and they didn't they are TERRIBLE!
