Danny and the owner were great on helping me get approved for the car I wanted and was successful which o appreciated very much. Once I received the car I had multiple issues my check engine light went on then I had to pay almost 500 for a tune up the passenger window wouldn't roll down which they said they would take care of it and all they do now is ignore me. The car key remote was broken every time I open the driver door I have to hurry up and put the key in the ignition so the alarm doesn't go off I was told by them that they will fix the issue and hasn't been done in almost 2 months since I received the car. Before you buy a car from this place I will make sure everything completely works before leaving the lot even though they promise you that they will fix it or else you'll be paying more for the car then it's worth. I work at a healthcare facility and had to inform my co-workers not to buy from this lot after recommending them. This is a big inconvenience and it's not right to treat your customers like this

Was driving an SUV. Gas has been ridiculous these days, so I went looking for a gas saver. Went to Ameer Autos, found a hybrid Civic at a great price. They are incredibly friendly and work with you to find you the best deal. I also purchased the extended warranty since it was a used, car just in case, however so far I haven't had to use it. The customer service makes me a customer for life. when gas prices go back down I'll be back to trade this in for another SUV!

Car broke down and needs a new engine 400 miles later. Wasn't the best Car lot to get vehicles

Along with a voice audio of Ivan threatening me which I couldn't attach he said he would show up to my job and make a scene! update 6/16/26: after making me come in, Ivan and the Indian guy wasted one hour and 15 mins of my day. They told me to pick up the plates that hadn't arrived one month and a half later and once I waited for almost two hours told me the system doesn't work. The Indian guy is unprofessional and started raising his voice. Talk about great customer service he's racist and discriminates against women lol

While the visit began with significant challenges, it concluded with an impressive display of accountability that changed my entire outlook on your dealership. Areas for Operational Improvement I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding the intake process. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM specifically to ensure timely service; however, upon arrival, the service lane lacked clear guidance. With three lanes filling up and service advisors moving between the garage and the vehicles, there was no defined queue management. This resulted in customers being served out of order, rendering the concept of an "appointment" feel ineffective. Furthermore, there was a breakdown in communication regarding the scope of my Lifetime Oil and Filter Change warranty. I had to provide my own documentation to confirm that chassis lubrication was included in my service contract. Additionally, despite scheduling the appointment in advance specifically to allow your team to order parts for my vehicle, the parts were not on-site when I arrived, resulting in an avoidable delay. Commendation for Simona Deloeste Despite these frustrations, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by my advisor, Simona Deloeste. When the parts shortage was discovered, Simona could have easily deflected blame, but instead, she chose a path of radical honesty. She personally apologized and, impressively, took full accountability for the oversight. Her integrity and professionalism completely turned the experience around. She kept me informed throughout the wait and handled a difficult situation with such grace and maturity that she convinced me to maintain my lifetime service contract with your dealership rather than canceling it. Simona is a tremendous asset to DCH Honda of Mission Valley. Her ability to own a mistake and turn a frustrated customer into a loyal one is a rare skill. I requested to speak with a service manager during my visit to share this feedback and recognize Simona's performance, but I was unfortunately unable to connect with leadership. I hope this review reaches the appropriate management so that Simona can be recognized for her integrity and the high standard of service she upholds. I had to come back to the bank a second time today because there was no parking in their lot, not even handicapped parking, which is what I needed. I got right up to the teller, but he couldn't give me a good explanation as to why they overdrafted my account. Even according to him, they shouldn't have. I had overdraft protection, even. And I had the letter that showed it. He was on phone holding for accounting or some department. They gave him an explanation that didn't make sense or happen in my case. He said maybe I had other items that hadn't cleared yet. However, the previous withdrawal was 11 days prior! 11 days!! So that's not what it was! Now I'm waiting for the manager, which he could've sent over to begin with. I'm now 2 hours into this project already, with no resolution yet.

A few years ago, I co-signed on a checking account for my son at SDCCU. About a year later, he…read moremoved out of state and unknowingly left a balance of approximately $42 on the account. Instead of contacting me as a co-signer to resolve the issue, SDCCU reported the account to ChexSystems. I was never notified before the negative reporting occurred and only discovered it when I was denied while attempting to open another financial account. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I immediately paid the $42 balance and requested that the reporting be removed due to the lack of notification and the circumstances surrounding the account. Despite multiple requests, SDCCU repeatedly refused to correct the situation. For seven months, I fought to have the matter resolved. It was not until I escalated the issue, threatened legal action, and contacted the CEO directly that SDCCU finally agreed to remove the reporting. That decision ultimately confirmed what should have been done from the beginning. What disappoints me most is that I had been a loyal SDCCU member for 19 years. Throughout that time, I had positive experiences with the employees at the local branches, who were always professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with SDCCU's corporate leadership was the exact opposite. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before banking with SDCCU. No customer should have to spend seven months fighting to correct a problem over a $42 balance that could have been resolved with a simple phone call or letter.
