Great service,Cesar is very helpful and give us trustworthy, reliable and like your friend advice. We had peace of mind to drive back from S SF to Los Angeles. Our rim repaired saves our time and safety that money cannot buy.

I can't say enough good things about Cesar and his team at Unique Auto Group. I brought my car in with a wheel that needed straightening and balancing, and Cesar went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection. Not only did he take the time to explain the process, but he also made sure the job was completed with the highest level of care and attention to detail and balanced all four wheels. It's the second car he's worked on for me, and the wheels on both have turned out like new. It's rare to find someone as committed and knowledgeable as Cesar in the auto industry. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly unmatched. I highly recommend heading to Unique Auto Group for any wheel and rim repair. PS Dog is also cool!

Cesar did an amazing job fixing all the wheel rash..The wheels were welded, put on a CNC machine, balanced and a great powder coat back to the original silver color. It drives so smoothly now, like brand new. Thanks again Cesar. I'd refer everyone interested in restoring your automobile wheels back better than new, just give Cesar a call. Donovan

Got a nail in my tire and a lot of places don't want to touch carbon fiber wheels. A friend of mine recommended this place and told me they would help me. When I came in, I was greeted by James and he told me Cesar will be here shortly and he will help me. A few minutes later Cesar showed up and started working on my car right away. Very happy with this place and the people! And they have a friendly dog named Kali! It was nice meeting you, Cesar and James! Thank you again and I'll reach out if I need help in the future!

After contacting four "welding" services who said they didn't do our kind of job, I found David. He…read morestepped right up and got the job done the next day at a great price! We have a 98 year old retail space on Mission St. with an iron door in the sidewalk. The door was developing tiny holes due to rust and we didn't want it to get worse. David cut out the rusty section, removed the handle, then put the handle on a new piece of metal and welded it in place. Fantastic to work with.

I hired him to install some heavy duty hinges with lube fittings to my customize gate. When he…read moreshowed up the first time, he brought the wrong hinges, and they rusted out very quickly. Then I told him about it, and I said, since the hinges have to be replaced let's replace them with the ones that I actually ordered with the lube fittings. When he came out the second time, he had great difficulties getting the new hinges on and had to try several times?? He heated up the metal bracket attached to the 2 x 4 so much it started smoldering?? His helper made things more difficult and confusing? So he said he had to leave and left the hinges he was trying to put up in disarray? And the whole gate is misaligned? He said he would come back the next week and didn't, then took off on one of his trips? I've been trying to get a hold of him now for a couple of weeks and he's not responding? So now it looks like I threw the money I paid him down the drain because I've got a gate that's in worse shape than it was when I called him. My experience with his services has been absolutely terrible.!!

In short, stay away. Poor quality, communication was labored and my requests were ignored, the…read morerailing was installed over my mail slot, the railing was spray painted black while attached to the wall, and the railing wasn't secured to the wall properly. [The following was edited to provide a play by play to show I acted in good faith and communicated my concerns _several times_ before giving up.] We scheduled work to start on a Friday. The job was for a straight railing of about 11 ft to replace our old railing that was rotted out. I asked that the new railing be installed into studs, because the previous railing mounts were loose and I didn't want the same thing to happen with the new railing. The contractors didn't show up until 4:30PM that day. I helped them plug in the welder and they got to work removing the old railing and then installing the new. Several times the welder blew our fuse so I reset it. The crew left that night without a word. The next day I went to check out the work. The new railing was installed in the same place as the old, not in studs, was rounded around the corner and covering our mailbox, and had been spray painted in place, getting black paint all over our beige exterior walls. Needless to say I was extremely surprised at the job and what had been done. It was almost comically bad. Just see the attached picture. I called Roman to voice my frustration. I mentioned I was unhappy with the obvious things but also that the railing had not been secured (a few tugs on the railing would likely pull it out) and that the end of the pipe (because that was what was installed as a railing, plumbing pipe) was not sealed, leaving an unfinished, unprofessional look. He agreed to come back, remove the curved railing blocking my mail slot, paint the wall, and that he would address my concerns. Again, the crew came by late in the day (sensing a trend here, I think they were maybe overbooked and coming from another job, but I speculate...). The wall was painted and the curved piece was cut. That was it. The welds were obvious, seams were visible where returns had been installed, the spray paint was already chipping. I called Roman. I made very clear my frustration with the apparent lack of quality, that it seemed there was a focus on getting things done quickly rather than well, and that my concerns and requests weren't being addressed. He said he would come back and address my concerns. I sent a text also describing these concerns. He cancelled the next scheduled visit. He called a while later but at this point I had moved on and wasn't willing to engage further. I had only agreed to pay half of the job up front, so I wanted to cut my losses and move on. This was supposed to be what I thought would be a simple steel railing installation. It turned out to be quite the opposite. On the plus side, I only agreed to pay half up front. So there's that.
