The temperature control knob in my 2008 Honda Fit did not work. I took it to another shop and they said I would need to replace the heater control unit and it would cost $661. Val at Arco's said replacing the unit would cost $258, but he wanted me to leave my car so his mechanic could look to see if that was really the problem. After removing the glove box, he was able to see that the cable to the temperature control know was disconnected. He connected it and it all works great. He didn't want to charge me because it only took 10 minutes. I gave the mechanic a $20 tip for the good work. I'll be going to them for all my future normal auto maintenance. Don't let the name of the shop fool you, they do auto repair as well as body work. read more

My car is a brand new 2021, I was nervous about what auto body shop to select. The front desk clerk, Suzie, was patient, and explained everything well. I came by the shop and Juan was honest, genuine, thorough, and detailed about the process about repairing my car before I selected them. He was patient and took the time to build my trust. The repairs have always been acceptable but last one it was the cleanup of shop dirt inside and out. VAL the rep aside he would clean it but after leaving my truck there twice he just didn't care enough to do it right. I had to hire a handy man to remove the exterior of the bed and wash it down to get it clean. If your car is repaired at ARCO S don't pickup until you inspect it inside and out. read more

I was recently involved in a minor collision with my Honda Civic and was discouraged to go through the entire process with claims and then repairs and etc, however my insurance advised me to contact Arco's Autobody. I was assigned to work with Miguel Ochoa from Arcos, and I want to express great appreciation and praise to Miguel because he went above and beyond to explain to me in detail of their entire process and what to expect during the entire repair process. Miguel's motto is to always keep their customers "updated and informed" and he did exactly that every 2-3 days by calling me to provide updates on the repair. My Honda was in the shop for 10 days before I picked it up. Their quality of work on the repairs is amazing because you would never tell my car was damaged to begin with. Their team of technicians are meticulous and did a wonderful job. Overall, what sounds like a task that will take lots of work and stress from a customer stand point was the complete opposite when working with Arco's. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!! They gave me my car back with a huge hole in the middle of the rear bumper and thought i wouldn't notice. Then confessed it was a worker that accidently backed into a pole. No big deal but don't try to give me the car and think i wont notice. They fixed it. A year later i start getting san andreas fault size cracks all over the front and rear bumper. No adhesion promoter? no flex additive? No primer? They "fixed it" another year later SAME THING!! 3 TIMES ALREADY?! Bogus excuse for a shop and at this point should advertise as a peelable coating plasti dip shop. Going elsewhere for the repair and paying myself cause i know getting money back from them is going to be impossible. read more

I was referred here by my mechanic, who said their service and their work is incredible. I can attest to that. I had a small, but annoying need for some body work and took it in for an estimate. Juan helped us out, and from the get-go, he was so so so polite. He estimated us at something a little out of our price range at the moment, and we asked if he could do price out certain parts of the estimate. After hearing out story, he just said he would go out and attempt to buff out a dent so that our door would not creak. He wouldn't even accept a payment for that work. First time here. Came in for an estimate on my car. I was not looking forward to all this extra curricular after my accident but the State Farm agent had made things a lot smoother. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment and as soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly. I waited about 5 min and was taken about 10 min before my appointment time. The agent was super friendly and explained everything that I needed to do with the auto body shop after I left. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Juan and Miguel picked up the phone at 7:30am this week, I had an emergency situation where I ran over a metal object and needed to get my car looked at ASAP. Before I called Arco's, another body shop was going to charge me $70 to LOOK at my car and take 1 business day to inspect it. Juan told me to come in at 10am and when I requested 8:30am, he squeezed me into their tight schedule! Once I showed up, they took my car in right away, offered me a seat and coffee, and had me out the door within 10 minutes. They didn't charge me for this service and were genuinely worried that I had to cross the bridge every day to go to work. I needed a window repair after someone threw a rock through the side window of my van. I thought I would have to have a body shop do the repair as the metal channel separating the windows was also damaged. Miguel took a look at my van and told me that he could do the work, but that another company (Superior Auto Glass) could do it too, and they could do it for cheaper. He even gave me their number. I did as suggested and was very happy with the result. So while I didn't end up getting my repair done here, I'm giving these folks five stars for steering me towards a fantastic solution. read more
