Cristian was super helpful and responsive. I was dealing with a leak around my windshield due to rust. I went to other places who suggested or put tape, which just damaged the car further. I wasn't planning to keep the car for long but needed to make it through rainy season until I got a replacement. For $40, Cristian placed silicone around the windshield to block water from getting in. It worked! Took it to the car wash and no leaks. You'll have to purchase the silicone and bring it for him to use. This is a temp fix that doesn't look aesthetically nice, but it's affordable and keeps the car functional until a replacement can be bought. That allowed time and mental space to not feel pressured to purchase another car quickly or to make pricey auto body repairs for an older car that wouldn't be worth it. I hope this helps someone out there. When I was looking around I couldn't really find a solution. I kept telling Cristian I went here first rather than a bunch of auto body shops and windshield repair places that empathized but didn't provide a true temp solution. read more

My friend had her car repaired at CC Auto Collision, and based on what I personally witnessed while helping her, I would not recommend this body shop. Her car was stuck there for weeks, and the entire experience became extremely frustrating. She felt so intimidated and uncomfortable dealing with the staff that she asked me to call and speak with them on her behalf. The person I spoke with was Christian, who told me he was the owner. Unfortunately, I found my conversations with him to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of getting clear and straightforward answers about the vehicle and repair process, the conversations only added to the frustration. No customer should feel intimidated or uncomfortable asking reasonable questions about their own vehicle, especially when it has been sitting at a repair shop for weeks. If you value respectful communication, transparency, and professional customer service, I strongly recommend considering another body shop. Based on our experience, I would choose somewhere else, such as JP Auto Body Shop. Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend CC Auto Collision. UPDATE after receiving a response from the owner: Thank you for your response, but it does not address the reasons I posted this review. In fact, this response only reinforces my concerns about the level of service and communication your shop provides. I contacted your shop on behalf of my friend because she felt deceived and disrespected, and because the information she was receiving from your shop was different from what she had been told by her insurance company. My purpose in calling was simple: to understand the actual status of her vehicle and get clear, factual answers about the repair. During the call, the person who identified himself as the owner repeatedly interrupted me, spoke to me in a condescending manner, argued with me, and stated that he was "doing me a favor" by calling me. That is not professional customer service. More importantly, despite a lengthy conversation, you could not provide even an estimated timeframe for completing the repair. You appeared completely unprepared for the call and could not clearly tell me when the parts order had been submitted, what had already been approved, which parts had been received, or what was still outstanding. My comments about my vehicle and businesses were made in the context of explaining that I understand what professional customer service and communication should look like. Focusing on that one part of a 20-minute conversation while avoiding the substantive issues I raised only further demonstrates the problem. Your response also reinforces my impression that your service lacks a basic understanding of how to communicate with customers: provide accurate and consistent information, set realistic expectations, address concerns directly, and reassure a customer when a repair is delayed or uncertain. Instead, your response focuses on blaming my "tone and demeanor" and attempting to discredit my review rather than addressing why the call happened in the first place. Good customer service is not about arguing with someone who raises concerns. It is about listening, understanding the concern, providing the facts available, acknowledging what is not yet known, setting reasonable expectations, and explaining what will happen next. Madeline, the front desk person was lovely and Christian seemed honest and capable at first. I brought my car to Christian after a small accident that involved the tire and front bumper. In terms of fixing the tire and alignment, everything was fine. Everything fell apart when it came to the paint job. There was a black spot, bumps and chips in multiple places. Unfortunately for Christian my car is new and extremely light in color so the blemishes were obvious. I reached out to Madeline since I'm supposed to have lifetime warranty since this was through insurance, State Farm. Madeline answered questions and made it seem like everything would be fixed. Spoiler alert, it wasn't. When I brought my car the second time after they failed at their job, Christians demeanor was completely different and gave completely different answered than Madeline. Off the bat he let know that he wouldn't smooth and polish the bumps they created or repaint the entire piece. He originally said the bumps were a result of dust being trapped under the paint. He is now claiming the bumps are due to rock chips. I'm having a hard time understanding how a rock will leave a dent but not chip the paint at all. Instead of fixing the actual issues, he said an additional polish would be added. After getting my car the second time, there are more bumps and obvious discoloration. He was very clear in the fact that State Farm is no longer paying him to fix the car so he was not going to fix any additional mistakes. Keep in mind this is a new 2024 XC40. I'm assuming the lifetime warranty is just for show. Ultimately wouldn't recommend taking your car there if your repairs will include a paint job as it will not be restore to its original state. read more
