These guys are always so nice and fast. I really appreciate them. Thank you! To update, I've been coming here every 3,000 miles for about 2 years. They always remember me and are very professional. I do most of my own maintenance but take my Fusion to them for oil changes because it's to low to the ground to crawl under. I appreciate that they only offer other services but don't try to force. Ive only had one issue but want to say what happened because I think they handled it well. Last week after my oil change I got in my car (which they pull around with the a/c on and hand over to you) and drove away. I got about a block away when all my warning lights came on and it lost power. My blood went cold. I've heard horror stories of places not refilling the oil and the motor burning up, I normally check before I leave but forgot this time. I pull over kill the engine pop the hood and look. It has the right amount of oil and all the caps are tight. I restart and still warning lights with no power. I limp it into a parking lot and call the shop. I talk to Brian and told him what happened (at this point I've been gone for five minutes). He asked where I was and sent one of his guys to look. Within five minutes he was there and looking under the hood. We found where the wiring harness had come undone from the air filter housing when they checked my air filter. It's not their fault it could have happened to anyone. He reconnected it and told me to call if I have any more trouble, which I have not. I just wanted to post a review because I trust these guys. Warning do not come here worst service ever do not take accountability for anything. They damaged my skid plate almost ripped it off and tried to act like it was my fault. An gave me an attitude pretty much told me they weren't gonna do anything about it. So unprofessional district manager or owner really should look into this especially the people that worked there a couple of the managers, especially I will never use Jiffy Lube again and I've been going to Jiffy Lube for about 15 20 years. Please don't come here, they are very careless. I went in at 8:30am for an oil change and I agreed to have my spark plugs changed. It was not busy at all during that time. They had to drive an hour to pick them up and I agreed. It took much longer and then after they arrived it was 30 more minutes. Then someone tells me it's the wrong spark plugs and if I wanted to wait for them to get the correct ones. I said No, and was waiting 45 more minutes to have my old ones put in. Now it's 11:30am. My car finally pulled up and I really needed to go, but had to wait a couple of minutes to get checked out. Finally, I am checked out and I leave and they didn't put my air cabin filter back on. I drove back and my car starts smoking. They said that it was smoke from the oil they didn't clean up. When the manager came by he said they didn't even put any antifreeze that I had paid for. I have been here before and they didn't put my oil cap on correctly and my car started leaking oil. I have been avoiding this place for years but decided to give them another chance, big mistake. I am wondering if my spark plugs were even put back correctly. I never write a bad review, but this case I'm doing it for people's safety and for them not to lose money. read more

Fastest state inspection ever! Line moved really fast! Very efficient! After I handed my keys over and my vehicle was taken into the inspection bay, I waited for a couple of minutes until a crew member came back to the waiting area/lobby to ask that I need to get my windshield wipers replaced and primarily the front ones and not the rear one. The crew member then educated me on some sort of color grading system of stop light colors as to when its necessary to change out windshield wiper blades which was kind of confusing to me. I then asked the crew member to take a look at a receipt in my pocket to see what date was on the receipt and to check my windshield wipers again. The crew member said "okay" and I then quickly went back to the waiting area. After which I was probably out in maybe six minutes! It was great. It really pays to be diligent in making sure you have everything sorted out prior to going to an establishment like this. Before coming here I made a quick trip Walmart and swapped out to a new cabin air filter and a set of windshield wipers (front and rear) and left the old units in the trunk to confirm that they were changed prior in case I had to challenge a claim saying things needed replacing. My two vehicles getting serviced here isn't going to make a big dent in business for this location, but if you're going to send your grandma out here for an oil change and she isn't a mastertech do make sure she doesn't get swindled into replacing her brake pads, calipers, rotors, and engine block. read more

They got him for every dishonest trick in the book including changing a rear windshield wiper that I changed out just 3 days ago that worked perfectly. I drove in and demanded a refund for the wiper they installed. The manager refused. He insisted that my father agreed to it, so no refund. My father is 76 years old and just went along with their scam. Avoid! They are like the guys you see on 60 minutes stings. DISHONEST and won't even make it right when you complain. I was pretty mad. I came in for an TX DMV inspection, and as always, Jiffy lube tried to upsell me. Of course, they did this to my daughter too selling her $55 windshield wipers she didn't need. However, when they began to go down the "list" of things they "red flagged" for me I was quick to say "no thank you-just the inspection". I didn't want them touched anything mechanical in my car after other issues with them, however they were the only place without a line. Now I know why. They pulled out my in cabin air filter to show me why it needed to be changed. When they pulled it out-they obviously pulled too hard and broke the end of it making it look like an open accordion. I advised them it was a cheap and easy fix and I'd change it myself. When I went to change it today, I noticed that Jiffy Lube didn't even bother putting the stoppers back in. They ONLY put in the pin in the hydraulic arm dampening latch. AND to top it off they put the old filter in BACKWARDS with the broken accordion filter squished into the back of the area where the filter is placed. What a joke. This is why I avoid going to Jiffy Lube. Next time I'll just wait in line. read more

This used to be a decent Jiffy Lube when Bryan was the manager. Now, service is horribly slow and you really have to watch what is being done or not done to your vehicle. They last few times that I've brought a vehicle here it takes about 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change. I'm here now and they only have 2 employees working. They've exhausted all of the opportunities I'm going to give them. This is the last trip to this location for me and I've been coming here since 2015. read more

wow, this place has gone downhill. been coming to this JL for 3yrs & they've always been great. our vehicles are in their system, we quickly drop our keys, they call when it's ready & the process is complete. NOT ANYMORE! we waited for 30min this morning & finally left because they wouldn't take our keys! yes, it was busy, but we were leaving the car. it usually takes less than 60sec to drop a vehicle, but they kept saying "we are really busy, be right with you," then would disappear. when I spoke to the (new) manager he said they were too busy to take keys, but that's never been the case before. they weren't following the franchise process, apparently. when I tried to engage him on why they could take 60sec to take our keys, he told me "goodbye, we don't need your business," as he waved & walked off. none of our 5 vehicles will ever go to this place again, that's for sure. best part is that I drove to 5 Min Oil Change right around the corner, they were just as busy, but within 30sec a very courteous gentleman walked to my car & told me exactly how long the wait would be & asked me if I wanted to leave my keys/car. all that was required was a little communication, so simple. read more

I have used this Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and routine maintenance on my truck for two years, and I am never going back again. I had heard reports that they were cutting corners to save on material costs, but they were very nice and convenient so I kept going there anyways. About a year ago, after getting my oil changed, I got home and oil leaked all over my driveway because they had failed to screw on the drain cap tightly. I took it back and all they said was that I didn't lose that much oil and I should be ok (whatever!). I wrote this off to a small oversight and kept using them. Now today my check oil light came on, even though it had not been long since my last oil change. I took my truck to my mechanic and he said that Jiffy Lube had only put about 4 quarts of oil in my truck, even though it holds 7. If I had driven it much longer I could have burnt up my engine. The people at Jiffy Lube are very nice and it is convenient, but they are not trustworthy and cut too many corners. No telling what they have gotten away with that I never caught over the last two years. read more
