There was no problem when I dropped car off. On my way home, decided to call the shop to inquire. He said they would not have unplugged anything but could have his mechanic look at. Obviously this was not the case since the clock and trip odometer were not correct. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car with them not knowing what mechanics qualifications they had so I decided to take car to dealer to have it checked out. After 5 hours (they had to disassemble and reassemble the doors to complete diagnostic ) they said the door monitors were not plugged back in after the paint repair. I returned to the body shop, with the documentation and bill to see if they would pay $200 service bill. While discussing it another client came in the office. He completely ignored me and started to talk to the guy. Then took him outside to his car without acknowledging me and left me in the office. After a few minutes and still in shock I walked outside and he was still talking to the other client. He saw me and said he'd be right with me. Frustrated.
