I am so happy decided to give Unique Eyebrow a chance as I was impressed with the owners work. I was also hesitant to try lamination due to my full/thick brows but I loved how they turned out. This place (and the owner, Champa) deserve 10 starts!!! Most amazing microblading experience and could not recommend her more. Not only is she a very sweet person, but she is the most skilled technician I have ever been to. I came in on 1/25/23 for microblading. I was coming in to have my brows redone after a couple years. The previous place's tech did an ok job, but did not really do as I asked. I had a brain tumor and at one point I suffered from a tiny bit of paralysis to my left forehead and eye area that resulting in about a 1/4" permanent droop to my eyebrow. Only my closest friend/family could notice it, but it makes me really self-conscious. The previous person was telling me she would make my brows match, but when she was done it was sort of close, but still 1/8" too low. When I asked she said she knew it was still lower but she did not want to make it a really drastic change, which was not her call. Had she told me she was only will to half-fix it I would have gone elsewhere. My experience with Champa was the opposite. She asked me tons of questions and was 100% sure we were on the same page before she even started. And throughout the service she stopped and gave me a mirror to show how it was coming along and asking for feedback. This is what I needed. Tried this place out & absolutely loved it for eyebrow threading, however customer service is not good. On multiple occasions I have gone during posted business hours only to find the location locked up and closed. I was told "oh you should've called to see where I was at/when I would be back". Tried going in today at 10:30 am (30 mins after it was supposed to be open) but of course it was closed. This time I called to see if she would be opening anytime soon, only to be answered with "oh yea I'm going to be late today" if someone says they are going to be late you'd assume a couple minutes. I asked if she would be there anytime soon the response was "I will probably be there around 12 pm" read more

I came to get my eyebrows threaded and afterwards i asked about the tinting since I saw online the pictures that were posted seemed nice, she said she had tint for $25 that lasts 1-2 weeks or henna for $35 that lasts 2-6 weeks; I wanted the one that lasted longer so I asked for henna after she was done threading my eyebrows... I don't think I got the same person that was doing the ones in the pictures posted because she rushed to design my eyebrows with henna that was going to last up to 6weeks and i told her my right eyebrow was thicker and she said she could fix it, then one eyebrow was round and the other was squared, one was longer at the end and the other wasn't it was just AWEFUL so I asked if she could just take it off please because i didn't want my eyebrows to look like that for the next couple weeks she said no they'll look good just wait 10 mins for the henna to set...which of course i did NOT want that at all, there was no symmetry and the beginning of my eyebrows were just solid squares no powder effect like the pictures they have on the site. I could tell she seemed bothered but i didn't mind paying the service I just didn't want to look uneven and weird for the next couple weeks and her answer was that she was following my hairline... yes of course the hairline that i wanted to get threaded ........ nonetheless i will be going back to my usual spot because she OVER OVER charged me for asking to take it off , she charged $59 for the $12 eyebrow threading and $35 henna tinting. read more

I came in a few months ago to get my eyebrows done on a whim when I drove by and saw a $5 special. I figured it was a bit of a gamble at such a low price, but I was pleasantly surprised at what a great job she did. When I saw a groupon for a full face thread I was delighted. I just went in today and am so happy with the experience. The proprietor is lovely and does a great job. I have had lots of experiences where I experience a lot of redness after hair removal, but not with her. I will surely return, maybe for one of the other services offered, like facials. read more

This was my first time ever getting eyebrow threading. Champa is a lovely Indian lady, extremely hospitable and confident from her 12 years experience. She sat me down in the chair and got to work, listened to what I was looking for, and did an incredible job! Very fast and totally worth it! $10 wow I will never tweeze again. I have really thick eyebrows and really sensitive skin and not a lot of people know how to thread my eyebrows without messing them but she gets it right every time! It's also superrr cheap! Never had my eyebrows threaded before until I bought a Groupon to this place and it's been over a year almost two years that I've been going to Champa (owner). Her prices are by far the best I've come across and I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my eyebrows. I've never had to wait and if I did it was never more than 5 minutes if that. She is super fast at what she does and does it well. She also has point system so you get discounts on future services.
