Clean, nice, won't grind your nails down to paper!!! I'm always happy with my nails which isn't always the case.

This was a first time visit and the entire pedicure was 5 minutes and cost $25.00. The massage portion was 10 seconds and the massage chair was broken. The man doing the massage was inexperienced and unprofessional. i didnt even get polish! complete waste of money read more

I've been here a few times and the manicures and pedicures are okay - usually the polish chips quickly on the manicures so I stopped coming here and started getting gel elsewhere. Today I went in to remove my gel polish. They charged me $22 before tip. It was just removing polish. To get a full gel manicure is $30. It just seemed so appalling. My index finger nail ripped where it was painful. I went in and the tech fixed it right up with gel. She knew it was painful so she was incredibly gentle but very fast. She did a great job and I was really happy with the service, the professionalism was point on. And she was so nice. I think I might go for a pedicure because the salon was spotless! read more

I've given this place too many chances. Today, I went in for a polish change--which usually includes a quick cut, file and new polish color. I got stuck with Lily, who was so rude--annoyed as if she didn't even want to do my nails. She aggressively took off my old polish, didn't cut or file, I asked her to cut ONE nail and she sighed and rolled her eyes. She took off my old polish and slapped on the new one so quickly, I was in and out of the chair in under 5 minutes. She charged me 16 dollars, I went to give her 3 dollars for a tip and she s arched it out of my hand and sighed again. This was my final chance, I won't be back here again..... read more

Worst place ever! Do not waste your money. They have no idea what they are doing. Had my nails done Friday night, by Sunday every one of them was broken. I've never had Gel nails bend or break. I went in very polite, kept my voice low so other patrons didn't hear me. I kindly requested a refund and the guy starts his sentence "Listen sweetheart you dint understand" I don't understand what?? That you took me for 50 bucks, I have a gel set with 5 broken nails and that's acceptable??? Now you won't refund my money? He said he'd upgrade me, no all I want is my money back. I had high hopes for this place. I had a 2pm appointment and I still had to wait over 40 minutes. My pedicure was the worse! Young kid did my pedi, used a nail clipper that was not sanitize. I will never give my business to this place again. I went in for mani/pedi and decided last minute to get eyebrows waxed for the first time there. I've waxed my eyebrows for 20 years. The girl took off the entire inner corner of my right brow! I pointed it out to her and instead of apologizing she told her manager that I walked in like that!!!!!! I tried to show them a picture and they wouldn't look or apologize. They basically shoved $10 in my hand and went back to work. Did they think I was making it up? ****LOCATION ON SUNRISE HWY***After having an appointment for powder gel manicure at 2:45. They set me to soak and left me for over 35 minutes while the employee decided to go and give someone else a pedicure. This caused a two hour powder gel manicure and caused me to be late for my 430 appointment. I paid my bill and decided not to tip. This nail salon is the worst........every time I have gone in the techs have been nasty.......the final straw was that I purchased a $75 gift certificate for my daughter. Unfortunately I misplaced it and went to the salon to see if they could possibly cancel the original one and issue a new one....I brought my receipt and my credit card statement as proof of purchase. This place really sucks !! My pedicure was a total of 7 mins - no little massage no lotion on your legs -NOTHING! The nail tech didn't say a word to me. I felt so rushed and the paint job was awful. I have been going to this salon for a few months since I moved in the area. Recently since the spring/summer season started (which I'm aware is a busier season for nail salons) their service has significantly declined. I made an appointment in advance for a mani/pedi which was confirmed. When I arrived, there was no availability for me. I waited over 15 min past my appointment (keep in mind I also arrived about 15 min early). Eventually I decided to get up and leave. At this point an employee stopped me and told me her coworker was almost finished. I stopped and asked "how much longer". They then started conversing in another language and said "oh sorry" to which I responded "I did have an appointment, but thanks anyway". At what point we're they going to let me know that I would be waiting well past my appointment? They should have either not committed to the appointment OR been transparent with me when I arrived. In addition to this, another girl walked in after me and was taken care of before me. What was the point of making my appointment? The utter disrespect was unreal. I've been going here for a king time and have referred a lot of ppl here. I must lower my starts to 3 because about 6 months ago they started using cheaper quality power gel. I'm lucky if I get 5 days without the polish cracking. Most ppl I referred said the same thing. When I complained the quality hasn't been as good , they gave me a different book I've never seen that is SNS that's a top quality brand. Maybe they were told by the owner to use the cheaper brand to make more money. It's not worth it if you loose customers because of being cheap. Hopefully this last a little while. For $35 it should last you 2 weeks. read more

Went with my wife took off her nails with out even asking all she wanted was a fill she told them about 15-20 times fill that's it they took her nails off because that's what they wanted to do and keep adding money to the bill for random things they would put on horrible place huge mistake would not recommend for anyone read more

Horrible - they completely cut my nail beds up. The polish was spotty and horrid. Would steer clear at all costs.

This was literally the worst pedicure I've ever had. I paid for a jelly pedicure for $38. The massage felt like someone was lightly brushing my legs and feet. It was almost annoying. The manicurist left the callus remover on my feet for about 30 seconds and then barely scrubbed it. I asked for my nails not to be cut short and for them to be filed round. She cut them very short and filed them square. She didn't polish all the way down to my cuticles. The entire pedicure lasted about 33 minutes when it should've taken close to an hour. Just don't waste your money here. It's ridiculous. read more
