I came in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure Tuesday afternoon. By Tuesday night I noticed the gel polish was on thick side of application to the point where they look bubbly. I called the nail salon early the next morning notifying them of the issue and if they can call me back or if I can come in Thursday. No call back was received and by end of day Thursday my gel polish began lifting. It is now day 3 and about half of my nails polish has chipped or lifted. I would have just gotten a regular manicure if I knew the gel polish wouldn't last even till the weekend for my event. I was trying this place out for the first time so this is unfortunate. The photos I provided are only from day 2 of having the gel polish.

I think the pictures say it all. I got acrylic on my big toes I wanted them square, they aren't even the same shape. She cut me on my big toe. I noticed she was trying to shape my toe nails but couldn't and it was because that file was so dam old :( now I feel like I'm going to get an infection in my toe. I've been here before and I never noticed them not being sanitary but this time I KNOW nothing was sanitized. From the implements to the file she used. I should've just left that's my fault for not doing so. The older lady was nice and she tried her best to fix them but this is the result of her fixing them they looked worse. Jimmy was really nice and said he can fix them to come back tomorrow but at this point I don't want to go back there. $60 pedicure :(

I was a walk in and was sat right away, cool. She got right to it and glued on the tips. Not once after cutting did she make sure my tips were even. The file was rough and hurt my nail beds. Also she reused a file and just polished it with another file. I asked for a nude pink which I got but only one coat of before she put the clear coat. Felt very rushed and was charged 50! That's absolutely disgusting to have poor service AND tacky nails. Literally sticky because it wasn't cured. Absolutely not worth coming here anymore. IF YOU DONT HAVE LEGIT NAIL TECHS, DO NOT OPERATE A BUSINESS SPECIFICALLY FOR BEAUTY. Do better.

I went in for a pedicure i paid $65 for my toes i did not notice how thick they were went she put on the lil flip flops they give u i get home see them and call the owner says u should have said something explained i did not notice the thickness i went in to get it fixed today i go in and get a short wait 10 min im trying to explain to husband what i want fixed and for him to look at it so he can explain because their is obviously a language barrier he says tell her she understands with attitude i say i told her yesterday 3x and she did not fix it i ask him to look at the work she did and he did not bother to look and instead says oh i dont do powder i dont do acrylic .... Point is this all goes to bad management and them not caring if you know ur employees have a language barrier plz help management (owners) sucks! Q the brother is ok but they need to remember about customer service!!!!!

Grateful for these beautiful Gel-X, curved French tips by David! My sister said this place was really good, but WOW! Prettier and much more reasonably priced than the engagement nails I got done in Santa Barbara. Love, love this place! Thank you so much and highly recommend!

This is the only place I'll go to for my nails. The salon is clean, and I always feel refreshed after going. Sundays, they take walk-ins only so I try to get there early. Otherwise, appointments can be done too. They are on the pricey side but I rather pay for the quality.

Pedicure was fine. However I paid 75$ for an acrylic set and never received a worse job and have been to many nail salons in the area.

Love everything about their salon, and job the so on my hands and toes. Angie took extra time to give me and amazing design for the 4th. Thank you!

I have actually been here three times now. I they were recommended on a Facebook group I follow. Moved up to Hesperia a few months ago so it was perfect timing to find a place local. I absolutely LOVE it here. I only allow them two guys to work on my hands. I haven't had my feet done yet but I will soon. I really enjoyed the humor and service. Everyone has been really nice. I rarely give 5 stars but they deserve it!!

So first off is like to say the customer service was amazing. I took my little cousins in for a pedi and they adored it. On my pedi the other hand. Not the best. Especially for being charged the maximum without even asking which pedicure I'd like. My total for a pedi with gel, acrylic on two large toes, two princess pedis was $86. How? I'm not sure but I paid with no problem. I should have asked which pedi I received since I was never asked which I wanted. The woman who filed my toes cut in pretty deep but unfortunately the woman who applied my gel did a little too much. My gel is over my nails and on my skin. Now only a few hours after it's already peeled from my toes. I had a great experience but for a $52 pedi I'd hope it last at least 24 hours UPDATE:: If you get acrylic on your toes, be sure to get tips, AND THAT YOU ARE HEARD. I asked for tips and acrylic on my big toes as usual. Not sure if the older woman chose not to hear, couldn't, or if they were not in stock. But only acrylic was used on my toes and was incredibly thick and square. I asked for them to be filed down and first pic was end result. Fast forward to my next pedi and I'm told the acrylic is much too thick for removal. So I wait. No luck on my 2nd pedi either. Now I'm at my usual salon on my 3rd attempt due to incredible pain whenever I wear shoes. And I find bruises an infected toe, and still not able to remove the complete acrylic. I've been coming to this salon with my daughter since it opened. They have always had time to get our pedicures in. Today was no different- walked in and salon was empty. That should've been my first clue something was wrong. I asked for the same pedicure that my daughter and I always get- with callous removal for me. Because they weren't busy,the ladies took their time. It was a lovely experience until I went to pay. The price had DOUBLED from what it had been. In January I paid $70 for two spa pedicures and this time it was $140. I hadn't asked for the price ahead of time because I always get the same thing. Turns out they raised prices this month and claim it's due to product costs. There's the tiniest sign up front where you pay. This change needs to be communicated before services start. I'll be looking for another salon as a result. read more

When I'm for my first time and they did a horrible job . I show them a flame design and the lady said she can . Once i saw the first nail done I change it the design to sticker decals . The lady still did a horrible job applying stickers . Overall waited 1h30 for her to just put nails on me and charge me 56 for it read more

No No No! Got brand new nails 7 weeks ago. Tips broken in days. Costly to repair. Do NOT USE JIMMY! very stupid about what is needed... then laughed saying "you said new"! 7/10 cuticles sore and damaged. What a fuck up! read more

giving a bad review because they deserve it. Walked in & no one greeted me yet every employee walked in. I asked one tech how long the wait would be for a fill in she spoke in another language then ignored me. I asked her again & rudely brushed me off. Spoke to two of the bald Asian men and they equally brushed me off. It was giving very racist unprofessional energy and walked out knowing they did not deserve my money. I went in to get the "dip" nail polish, loved the color the shape and all, until I had to return 3 days later from my nails chipping. After I returned to fix the nails that had chipped 2 days later they staring chipping again. This applies for my 2 girlfriends that went and got dip as well! They do NOT use good products, usually dip is supposed to last anywhere from 3 weeks to a month or longer depending on you're nails, it's also supposed to have vitamins and make you're nails healthy but their product did the exact opposite! My real nails are now destroyed and I will have to regrow them back out, I am highly irritated especially given the price I paid for the dip. My friends and I each got a pedicure that same day which was completely rushed and I did not get the paraffin wrap like I asked (multiple) times which is ridiculous for the price we paid. read more

This is a wonderful place that I stumbled on by just looking for high rated nail salons in the area that I was in at that moment. I went in for a pedicure and got a great one from Van. As she was doing my toes I asked if there was anyone there that did eyebrow waxing. Turns out she did but not only that she did tinting too. I'd never had my eyebrows tinted before so I was excited! They came out SO good! I had no idea I even had that much for eyebrows left because they were so naturally light. So glad I found Van and this salon! I just had my second pedi/brow tint and this will be my go to place and person as long as I'm around. read more

After looking around for a nail shop I decided to go with this one because of the reviews I have to say I'm pretty satisfied with my nails the lady who helped me her name was Linda she was very nice very patient I wasn't sure what shade of pink I wanted and she was patient the whole time she noticed she she put the nails on one of my thumbs crooked and she fixed it which I really appreciated because usually they'll just go ahead and finish with the crooked nail. I can honestly say that I left the nail shop happy with my nails everybody in the shop seems so nice and friendly the place was clean. definitely going to go back read more

Booked an appointment. Showed up early & signed in. There were already 7 other people before me with an appointment. Don't bother booking one. I ended up having to leave because I wasn't going to wait 30min to 1H to get service when I booked ahead. There is no point in booking an appointment if you can't get service when planned. read more

Went in with a friend and the workers are very fast and due to they forgot some steps in doing my acrylic nails. The person doing them was very careless with the drill and nicked a couple of my cuticles. Never put on oils for them so after they were dry and peeling up after. I've been to places before and oils are a big step for healthy cuticles and when we called they told us to tell the staff about the oils so we can remind them. My friend got gel nails and a pedicure, the pedicure went really well but for the nails not 2 hours later they were peeling up and we had to come back in the get them touched up, free of charge. Staff is nice but since its so busy it was very rushed. Probably wont come back. read more

My pedicure was done by Kimberly and nails done by Kay (sorry if I misspelled) but both did a really great job and were really detailed. This place is terrible! I got a French manicure and all of my nails turned yellow. When I went in to have them fix them the guy put alcohol on my nail and took off the yellow and said there you go and then I went outside and saw there was no acrylic on then so I went back inside to some eye rolls and the lady that did my nails but a coat of clear gel on them and again they're yellow. This was a lady that was doing my pedicure to begin with in which all of my toes looked like they had white rainbows on them in stead of a nice crisp French manicure. I paid $85 for this work. Such a waste of money!! Prior to this I had my nails done with a different lady that also did pedicures and one of the nails looked like a pointy tooth another was square one was super tiny and one was extra long. In top of all this the language they speak in this establishment is very crude and disrespectful as they do nothing but curse. This is a very unprofessional place. read more

I went in for a pedicure today, and I was taken back at the uncleanliness I noticed as a license beauty professional myself I know what California state board requires. The lady doing my pedicure after scrubbing the callus off of my feet put in her dirty gloves with my callus still on them!!! into a container of their scrub and scooped it out and plopped it right on to my legs and continued like she did not just cause major cross contamination. God only knows how many more clients she use that same product on before she used it on me. She did the exact same thing with the mask, these containers are big containers they cannot tell me they are going to throw away all that product after using it just on me so that tells me that they are knowingly cross contaminating. I didn't wanna make a scene so I will simply just never go back and Won't recommend it. And to the owner, your workers are either not licensed or simply do not care about state board regulations. This is very unsafe and I hope you see this review and take some action in cleaning up your salon and you guys doing better. People pay their hard earned money for you guys to provide a service and it's really sad to see that people will take short cuts just to make a few extra bucks please have more respect for your clients!!! read more

Amazing! Absolutely wonderful! I got a gel pedicure came in on a Thursday afternoon and got in right away it was 32$ for the pedicure and 20$ for gel so total 52$ but totally worth it they used a scrub and hot stones and stuff it was awesome and super friendly staff read more

Went with my friend for a pedi today. Her lady was very friendly and did a great job on her. My lady started 10 minutes after my friends was started and finished before hers was done. She just lightly scrubbed the rough spots on my feet and didn't buff my nails before painting them or even cut my cuticles at all. It just seemed half ass and my nail polish is already starting to chip. It wasn't awful, but for how much it cost it just seemed like they could've done more. Although my friend got better service, so it depends on the person you get I guess. read more

First time visit and extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!!!! The cost for a fill with gel polish was $40. Nothing special just gel polish. While here I also had a pedicure also asked for gel. The tech did not speak clear English and charge me $42 for the pedicure! She did not scrub my feet. Polished my nails before finishing the cleaning up f my feet. And never went back to scrubbing my feet. I get pedicures to have my calluses removed and so that my feet will be soft. It was a complete joke I paid $42 dollars for a polish change in the end!!!!! When I questioned the issue she said they charge additional $20 just for the gel polish!!! This is not stated in there menu and the tech didn't mention it either!!!! I am highly disappointed in this nail spot. Came in the next day to have my chipped nails fixed. Customer service is lacking to say the least! The woman that seems to be in charge is not very friendly. And the tech was not happy that I was in getting my nails fixed! I will not return to this location! I was trying to give local shops my business, but I won't pay the extra fees for mediocre service! Update: 3 days after supposedly getting my nails repainted... peeling again. 3rd Update: Yup another update. So more nails have peeled... went in to ask for a refund and the lady manager wouldn't even look at me... she said for me to wait and sent a man to help me I guess he's the real manager? He was very rude and tried to act intimidating, and said very harshly what is it that I want? I told him a refund and he said no because I nulled the service for filing the nails down! He raised his arms and said I needed to leave because he wasn't going to do anything.... I said wow and told him how he felt this was right!?!? He waved his hands at me again and told me to leave... I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 and have almost always had to file my nails straight because they never get it right.... I've never had problems like this. And all this happening in 1 weeks time! Unique Nails is a total FAIL!!!! For workmanship and customer service!!!!! read more

I decided to get a manicure done. Went to a spot I had gone to before m. Wasn't happy when I was turned away. So I called Unique Nails and Spa in Hesperia. They were nice enough to take a walk-in client. I was helped within 10 minutes of arrival. I was pleased with the Covid-19 standards in place. Q was the guy who did my nails and honestly I'm totally happy with my experience! I don't do this often yet he made my time in his chair worth it. Completely satisfied and would love to return! read more

Went in for a fill today with Q. Told him I needed something pink but not super girly for my baby shower and this is the end result was. I absolutely love them. I don't yelp. I've probably done it twice. But I felt the need to tonight. As I sat down I told her we should soak my nails because they are thin. She didn't listen and proceeded to cut them with NAIL CLIPPERS. Sure enough second one in she literally breaks my nail almost half way down. Of course I pull my hand away cause it hurt and the gentleman next to her jokes and says you better be careful it looks like she's about to swing on you! I laugh and say it again. Please soak the rest of my nails. She finally listens. Soaks then for 2 minutes. (And also pushes the finger that she just broke into the acetone, as if she didn't realize that it was going to obviously burn from just being broke) meanwhile Starts drilling gets to the finger she broke the nail of and literally try's drilling it. Again bleeding and now blood on the drill she says you just need to stop being scared and grabs super glue because my nail at this point won't stop bleeding. Most of the ladies here are horrible, terrible service! MEAN, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL! The lady rushed my decision , she cut me a couple of times and continued to cause me pain. My friend was with me and wanted to sit next to me in the free open chair, despite all of the other open chairs, she kicked her out and told another worker to come and sit at that chair! Not caring about customer satisfaction she continued to be ignorant and impatient. When it was almost over I had to place my hands inside of the gel dryer, knowing that my hands could only go in so far I stopped at the right spot.. BUT THEN..she had yanked my hands in closer and SMUDGED THE PAINT!! AND BLAMED IT ON ME!! In conclusion bad costumer service and the lady did not receive a tip. :) read more

I have never heard that before. Last time I checked a gift certificate was like cash value. On top of that getting a package comes with gel polish and then trying to charge an extra $15 for gel is crazy. This use to be one of my favorite nail shops that's why I got the gift certificates here. But if you're going to treat the people that get gift certificates bad I won't be going back that's not ok.

Love this place!! This is the first nail spot that the nail artist actually did my nails exactly as I asked. I know most nail places have a language barrier and it's difficult sometimes when asking and getting what you want. But here there were no issues. The people here were very friendly and attentive. I came on a Thursday and they were pretty busy. But they took me really quick with out an appointment. I got a and mani and pedi and the price was pretty average for a two with a gel coat. I showed the nail artist a picture of a nail design I saw on Pinterest and he was able to do exactly that! Hands down the BEST nail salon in the High Desert! I came on a Friday afternoon expecting a super long wait (walk-in) since it was crowded but I got seated fast.
