I loved the material that I was lying on--it was soft and comfortable. Gaby asked about my concerns and explained their causes. She explained each step of the process, which I really liked. I added some treatments so I ultimately got the following done: acne facial, extractions, vitamin C facial, LED light therapy, and the hydrafacial. I was elated. I was finally giving my skin the much-needed care that it needed. My skin was glowing afterwards. Even some people commented on how nice my skin looked. It looked firm, supple, and bright. This Review is based on online booking system and the Communication with Unique Skin Care..The other day I saw a Groupon ad for a good deal on body fat cavitation for Unique skin Care, so I bought it. After I purchased the group on I tried to book for the cavitation service online through Vagaro, I entered all my information and proceeded to booking an appointment. Each day varied in appointment times so I tried to select a few, and each one came back with a text denial due to no appointments available. After a few attempts I decided to give up trying cause may be they weren't offering the service right now. The next day someone from unique care texts me asking if I was trying to book an appointment. I explained to her my situation and the problems I was having with online booking and she did acknowledge that they weren't offering cavitation appointments. She asked me if I had done it before and I told her I did once but I wanted to try again but I thanked her for letting me know and that I'd cancel my Groupon. She then made an assumption that I'd never done laser lipo and her words exactly "usually laser lipo would be best to do before fyi" Instead of assuming I've never done something, she could've at least asked have you tried laser lipo? Do you have any interest in laser lipo services? Or even offered any other services they may have had to help me but she went straight to assuming. I understand that because of Covid not all services are being offered but if that's the case: Take that service off the website or booking site temporarily, Post The Services that you are offering And especially take off any promos you have off of Groupon that you're not honoring cause it's a waste of people's time to buy the Groupon and then find out what they're buying isn't even being offered or honored. It's a good thing Groupon cancels/exchanges purchases. If not offering any services at all that's understandable too but I just felt her assumptions was just unnecessary. read more

I first came to Gaby for dermaplaning and was so happy with those results that I scheduled an aquadermabrasion facial with her only a couple days later. WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at any beauty spa. I found Gaby on Groupon and went to her to buy one of the services. I talked to her on the phone and was told to wait at the reception area for 10 minutes. I waited for almost 30 minutes. Since I was new to the services she does, I asked her questions about the service I was purchasing and the products she uses. I bought a Groupon with them, and on the day of my appointment they text me and tell me my Groupon isn't valid because I used a Groupon with them in April, which I don't remember. It's past my 24 window cancellation window, so I can't get a refund. They tell me to get a refund through Groupon support, I contact them and Groupon support cannot help me because of the 24 hour window. I had booked my appointment with them more than a week ago. They don't bother to tell me that I have booked with them until the day of my appointment!!! Unprofessional!! they could have told me this when I was booking so that I would have got a refund right now. So, now I just essentially threw my money away to the trash! read more
