Great eyebrow threading service at a great price! The staff is very professional, and the salon is very clean, modern, and tech savvy. Sometimes when I go to threading places, the staff will make somewhat disparaging comments about the thickness - or lack thereof - of my eyebrows, but I happen to like them on the thinner side. I liked that no judgmental comments were made, and even if they were thinking of commenting, they kept it to themselves lol. Good customer service goes a long way in my book, and I appreciate that the staff was friendly and respectful. I normally go to the Midtown location but since moving to Vinings I thought I would give this location a try bad idea. The first time I came to do my eyebrows they were very pushy about buying products. She did a good job with my brows but being bombarded to buy things a big turn off. Today I decided to give them another chance because I shop at the Kroger in the plaza bad idea again. I sign myself in and was told it was a 20 minute wait ok no problem. December 2019- I started frequenting this location about a year ago for threading because it is near my home. I also get underarm waxes when my normal esthetician is unavailable. This is the second time in a row that they told me that they are not accepting credit cards because their system is down AFTER I've received my service. Conveniently there is an ATM in the back that doesn't charge you for using it. My problem with this is that (1) my bank charges me; (2) they're not being truthful because they are still accessing their system to ring me up and keep track of my points; and (3) not having an option to bring my own cash or take my business elsewhere. I'd appreciate them simply saying -- we only accept cash and/or advising the clientele that the system is down prior to providing the service. Furthermore, I have NEVER had this issue at the Buckhead location and I frequented that location for years. I will be calling the corporate office. read more

I have been going here for over a year for threading. Someone is always available for you as soon as you walk in. If not, the wait time is brief. I have only gotten waxed twice in my life and was very nervous both times. But the staff helps to ease any anxiety but talking with you. they even have a TV in the room to distract you. This was far by the WORST waxing experience EVER this particular location. I am THROUGHLY EXPERIENCED to getting Brazilian treatments done but this far by the MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE...EVER!!! If you use hard wax like myself I will definitely NOT recommend that you DO NOT transition to "sugaring" because it will be HORRIBLE. The customer service was very subpar considering the fact that I almost went to sleep after waiting for 15 mins. Furthermore, the esthetician that I had was EXTREMELY inexperienced. I should never have my legs in the air...EVER! Most estheticians use the "Indian style" or "butterfly" method for hair removal, not one leg on the wall and the other in the air! Meanwhile trying to convince me that "sugar waxing" or "sugaring" is more effective as hard wax and tweezing afterwards for another 15 mins. Granted, I had waited 2 months prior to this treatment but I have been getting waxing since 2008 and waited before and NEVER have its been THIS painful between a two month wait. There is NO WORDS to fathom the VERY AGONIZING level of discomfort that I am in behind the inflammation and annihilation of the epidermis of the most intimate and sensitive part of my body. I made an appointment for 11:00 AM and arrived at 10:45. The lady said "Okay it'll be about five minutes." AN HOUR LATER, I'm finally all ready to get my Brazilian done. Another ten minutes go by and I'm just sitting there while the only employee working is threading people's eyebrows back to back to back, as if I had never made an appointment in the first place. Be careful who you go to. I have been going here for over a year with no issues, but today I went in and my usual girl wasn't there. That's when I should have walked out. My eyebrows are now JACKED UP. I asked them to just get the strays and leave them as thick as possible. She took a TON off the tops and even more off the right. I am left with uneven skinny eyebrows. IT TAKES FOREVER TO GROW YOUR EYEBROWS OUT. I am seriously pissed and sincerely unhappy. read more
