I came in as a walk-in and there was no wait, but that's where the positive ends…read more When I sat down, I told the lady that I do not want my browns thin and that they are shaped differently, but I prefer the more square shape of my right brow. She said ok and said she would clean them up first but proceeded to butcher my brows! When I sat up and looked, I expressed that they looked totally different from one another and that the left brow was way too thin. She said my hair is curly and they are shaped different (which I already told her before she started) and it's has ever caused a problem for my usual place off of Clairmont Rd. I should've just made that drive! Also, she threaded my upper lip and chin after she butchered my brows, I figured, she can't mess that up, but her energy had definitely changed. I should have left then because she continued to thread hard over the same spot on my upper lip, like she was mad. Eventually I had to stop her because it was getting really painful! She claimed she was "trying to get this one hair," but she was being excessive and aggressive. When she checked me out, it took her a while, like she didn't know how to work the device. Needless to say I didn't tip, I thought about not even paying for the brows but I went ahead and did it. After I completed the transaction on my end, the screen changed back to the main logo and I knew she was finally done but she just stood there...so I did too. She finally said have a nice day, meanwhile, she ruined my day!
