The shower bombs smell up the whole room. All around wonderful. But my fav was having 4 friends come with me to their soap camp. We got to make our own soaps and take them all home. Tracy and her husband made my day. We all switches our scents and went home with 15-20 soaps each for on $55 per person. Soooooo fun. Like I said, love this place. Well, I walked into Bok's, no greeting. Ok, I am going to get what I need and keep it pushing. I find my products in a minute's time and proceed to the counter. The cashier is standing with her back to me and still never acknowledges me. She is looking at the water bill, then mumbles, "hold on." It seems like she was on the phone from the way she was holding her head, so I don't know if it was directed to me. What I do know is that you had a customer in your store that you ignored twice. After about 20 or so seconds (yes, seconds, that's a bit of time to just stand there without any contact), standing at the counter to be acknowledged and serviced, I placed the products on the counter and left. In THIS economy, when I chose to spend my hard earned money with your establishment, poor customer service will never be tolerated by me. I want to feel like I am welcomed and appreciated for choosing your store to patronize and spend my money. I have always felt guilty going to these Asian owned hair stores knowing their history of treating their black clients like trash, but build and feed their families off of our communities without giving back to the very community that supports them. This was the catalyst I needed to stop patronizing these business. You will never see a dime of my money again, and I hope others wake up. Y'all need additional customer relations training, you know, the Chick fil A model.
