Their attitude starting with the intial phone call is "how can I offer outstanding service," that was the vibe I received from Donnie, one of their managers. I wanted to install an auxillary brake in my vehicle. They first checked with ADOT for any authorization and actually none was needed. We made a date and they installed it and checked it to see if it was working properly. Great job, Alex was my technician and the work was excellent. Now, while I was waiting, I saw the wonderful care everyone provided to special needs customers that came into their showroom. They were so kind and patient with family members and special needs person. Over and above with careful considerations. The general manager, Jason came out just to say Hi and reaffirm if there were any extra needs that the family had. The manager, technician were spending time with the family going over measurements and details. Everyone was super!!! I was touched to see them care for the special needs customers. It was over the top, friendly, respectful, and paying attention to the smallest detail. They provide the greatest of care. Highly recommend!!!!! read more

When our family member required transportation for a newly acquired motorized wheelchair, we were at a loss. We were new to all of this and didn't know how we were going to make it happen. We recommend the Ability Center in Goodyear AZ for automotive mobility device purchases and installs. Hector helped us decide upon and finalize what we really needed. He followed through during the whole process until completed - and then delivered it to our door! We had an assistive passenger seat, plus a wheel-chair lift in the back installed on our brand new Ford Explorer. We were really happy when we learned that the Ability Center could customize the existing passenger seat to work instead of putting in the generic chair provided by the company. The chair works great for safely transferring my 220 pound handicapped son into and out of the Explorer. The devices are easy-to-use with hand remote controls. Today is Friday, December 23rd. Do you have any idea of the anxiety that comes when you're out of town, one of the year's biggest holidays racing toward you, and you're stranded because something in your van's electrical system goes haywire? Fortunately, I have had excellent service from the Ability Center's team in San Luis Obispo in the past, so when I encountered today's problem I knew I had to call the team here in Phoenix. When the shop in Phoenix couldn't get me in, the team in Goodyear was able to send their technician (Freddie) to me. Is that phenomenal customer service or what? I contacted Ability Center in Goodyear, AZ at` 623-242-0552, about my stairlift that stopped working. The staff member that answered the phone, Linda, was considerate and efficient. She took all my information regarding the problem, and was able to contact Jon, who came out that same afternoon to assess the problem. Jon ordered the circuit board required to replace the defective one, and returned to my home several days later for the repair, as soon as the part arrived. My stairlift is back in working order. Working with Jon and Linda was a refreshing experience. They were the first company I've dealt with regarding the repair of my stairlift that was that efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant. Jon was willing to drive some distance from Goodyear to my area in the northwest valley to make the repair. I highly recommend Ability Center of Goodyear, due to their exceptional staff. DC read more
