The L3200 had a loader like the B2320 and was a fantastic deal. Micheal Lee was our sales person and he bent over backwards and sideways to get the tractor to me when I needed it and they didn't charge me a dime even when they rented me a trailer to let me take it almost immediately (as I needed it right away for some work on my property) and let me bring it back to have the final loader install done and rotary cutter installed. The staff was fast and friendly, letting my young son climb into every machine they had on the lot while we worked a deal. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them, especially Micheal Lee. He was running options and even lower cost solutions by me up until the financing went through on the L3200. He called me almost every day for 2 days to make sure the unit was working well and that I was satisfied with them. ANH is the place to go for equipment if you want great service and good prices.

I had a carpenter ant problem, and the first tech was great although he showed up pretty early. He was a very friendly and professional former member of the military. He seemed knowledgeable and told me to give the chemicals time to work but to call back if I still had ants. The price I was charged was somewhat higher than I was quoted but I was told they guarantee their work and would come back as many times as it took to take care of the problem. A few weeks go by and I call to let them know I still have the ants- they never left although I did find some dead ones for a few days. I was to,d they would come back to treat again. They called to cancel the initial appointment as my tech had a death in the family. I expressed sympathy and told them no problem. I rescheduled and then they called on the new day to change the time. I agreed to work with them and they sent a different tech out. He was courteous and went quickly about his work. Told me to give things time to take effect but let them know if I still have ants. A few weeks go by and I call to report that the ants are still not gone. I was told I would be charged again in full because my "warranty" had run out. I tried to explain that they never got rid of the ants but was told there was no way around having to pay another couple hundred bucks. My understanding of warranties is that you buy something and the warranty guarantees it for a set amount of time. I was under the impression that they would get rid of the ants and guarantee me they would stay gone for 3 months or whatever. I didn't get what I paid for to begin with so not comprehending why my warranty would be out. I'm thankful Lawrence Hall didn't declare the warranty on my truck expired before I got the truck! Two stars because they were courteous but I didn't get what I paid for and will now need to find a pest control company that can actually get rid of carpenter ants.

The app also will tell you what aisle and bin you're looking for. That's great! I use it a ton. Thanks Lowe's, your several steps ahead of Home Depot.

When we got there, they said we couldn't dump our load because it was too muddy. It would have been nice if they had told us that on the phone when we called! The owner personally showed us around to all the different models as we were shopping for a walk in shower for safety for my parents as they are getting older and less capable of using a step-in shower. After spending at least 45" with us and answering all of our questions, we set up a time for an employee to come visit our home for a free estimate. We ended up going with a walk-in that we personally customized based on several options for walls/flooring/seat/shower head/etc. The finished product looks amazing and we have so much peace of mind now knowing my parents are easily able to use their shower without risk of falling/breaking a hip/etc. If anyone is looking To make their home shower safer for aging parents this is DEFINITELY the place I'd recommend. Installation only took 2 1/2 days and they hauled off the old bath tub for free. Follow up calls were also placed by the owner who made sure my parents were 100% satisfied.
