So when is the new ownership as well as the old I've always had a good experience honesty and upfront and recently had my BMW 550I had them replace the rings they did a fantastic job and I would recommend them highly especially it's been a month now I waited just to see and they nailed it. Car drives fantastic thank you Keith and all your crew. Definitely a Greek leader.! when a problem occurs he's right on it and shit always happens no matter where you are!

The blade on my chainsaw got stuck in a tree. I managed to pull it out but the chain was still stuck in the tree. When I finally fell the tree the chainsaw swung up against the tree and smashed up the plastic a bit. Ruined the trigger and gas tank as well as a few other things. Engine and blade were still good. I decided this was lost likely a repair. I brought it to an official Husqvarna repair place that i had used once before unsuccessfully, had a backpack blower repaired unsuccessfully. Entered store and go to repair desk. Told them what happened and asked if they could look it over. They said I have to pay to have it looked at. I said I would do that but you're not going to come back with a price that's the same exact as a new one or more. The girl at the counter said no. I paid the $50 and left the store. Three or four days later I got an email with the quote. I called immediately because it was $2 short of a brand new one. At the time Amazon has this chainsaw for $260 brand new. Several days later I got a phone call back. I told them that the price was a bit much and asked if they could help me out on labor or parts because there was most certainly parts that could be re-used and also I'm giving them business again whereas I could have and should have gone anywhere else. About a week I get a phone call saying that they talked to the repair guy and they can't make any adjustment on price. I asked to talk to a manager but the manager wasn't going to be around for awhile I guess because it took a whole week to go by before I heard back from 146 supply. The woman on the phone told me she talked to the manager and they couldn't do anything on labor even though as a manager of a store, of course he could. They said they could reuse some parts maybe. I talked to this woman for a little bit but she kept going silent on the phone and I would have to repeat my questions over again, this happened around three times. Very frustrating. This story is very accurate and fresh because I've told it to so many people since it's happened. I even suggested that I buy brand new from 146 supply and they apply the $50 I paid towards that purchase. This was suggested on an earlier phone call. They already had $50 of my money so I agreed to the rest. I gave them every opportunity to make things right. When I picked up the chainsaw I talked to them again and about labor and parts. They had not refused any parts and now the price was $3 shy of a new one. The guy cheerfully told me that they already took $50 off the total.... that's the $50 I already paid. I went outside and asked him to start it up for me so I could verify that it works. The man stared at me until I took it and started it up. I told them that would be the last time I ever went there. Next time I'll stick to my local guy in West Boylston. Better to support people who want your business. Chainsaw is now $230 on Amazon. So buyer beware at 146 supply.

I was quoted around $200. I specifically asked about carburetor work and was told that if anything additional work was needed, I would be called for approval before any work was done. I dropped the snow blower off on 1/21, knowing a storm was coming and that it might not be ready right away. When I called to check the status, I was told it was done and just needed a manager's sign-off. When I called back to ask about the total cost, I was shocked to be told the bill was $365. I was then informed that the carburetor had been rebuilt--without my approval. When I questioned why no one called me first, I was told they "assumed" I would want it running. While of course I want it running, I should've been called first to go over pricing. The person I spoke with showed little concern and initially brushed me off, saying they were too busy. I was disconnected while waiting, had to call back, and explain everything again. Eventually they took $50 off, which I appreciate, but this should never have happened in the first place. This is poor business practice. Just like with a car, if additional work is needed beyond the original estimate, you call the customer for approval, you don't just do the work and send a much higher bill. I will not be returning, and I will make sure others I know are aware of this experience.

They asked for my model # and serial # and said they had the part but closed at 2:00PM and it was 1:53 PM. They had the part but they were closing in 7 minutes and I was 15 minutes away. The gentleman asked if it was okay if he left the part outside in a certain location so I could pick it up after paying for it over the phone and of course I said absolutely. He even took a picture of it so I could easily find it. I paid for it, drove down and picked it up. This small business saved my back and butt and allowed me to get my machine repaired and ready for this storm just in time. I actually drove to their Lancaster location by accident first not realizing they have two locations and I saw tons of Ariens snow blowers there. If anyone needs parts locally or needs new or used equipment then I would check this place out first before going to the big box store. Thank you Rotti's Equipment for saving my back. That was a close one!

I emailed Rotti's Wednesday night and they responded soon after! Not only that, one of the owners, Megan, said she could have it picked up the next morning. I wasn't expecting service this fast. Even then, the storm was hitting Sunday and still had little hope of have it back by then. No matter, could use the exercise and mentally prepared the kids for the Monday morning task. No word from them Friday. Sent an email late just asking for an update because they were open Saturday but closed Sunday. No reply. I prepared the kids for the worst and laid out the plan for the storm with intermittent shoveling throughout before bedtime. But! Sunday morning as I'm making pancakes for the family I get an email from Megan saying (paraphrasing) "Hey! Snowblower is done. Want us to drop it off?" Hell yeah!!! Mere hours before the storm. I know they were busy with the impending storm, they didn't have to stay open on Sunday for me, and I bet a few others, to help us manage the biggest snowfall in like a decade, but they did. These are incredible people and you should totally give them your business. Oh! And the work was very reasonably priced. I was expecting at least double what I was charged. And a good chunk of that was becasue I had them pick up and deliver. Which they do, BTW. Use this company, you won't be sorry!
