We fly United pretty often and always have had a good experience. The flight attendants are always pleasant and the seats are comfortable. We upgraded to first class recently and it was an excellent experience, the flight attendant kept the ginger ale and whiskey flowing!!

Waited in a hot plane at LAX for 45 minutes. Engine issues. Stuck on the tarmac in Fresno for another 20 min before going into the gate.

When they decide to acknowledge and help a customer they are intentionally rude. 2nd part of training is to take out there hate for their job on customers. With snarky answers to customers relevant questions. In Las Vegas, an employee began to lead us to an open window for service, but stopped abruptly to visit with a friend in line leaving us standing there. The blonde lady that was visiting with co-worker since we were in line finally took a breath; I ask if she had time to help us. She begrudgingly turned to us with half open eyes to display total disdain for asking her to help us and spoke very rudely to us while checking us in. She spent a lot of time checking out my partners boarding pass in her iPhone wallet noticing mine was there as well. Then questioned why I only had mine in my iPhone wallet. I told her I only need mine. She asked if I cared mine was in my friends wallet also I replied, " I only need mine". She said, "don't you care?" I repeated I only need mine. She didn't like that. Then she gave me a sticker for my carry-on (which was not given to me in Fresno) I proceeded to place it, then she said, "you didn't listen to me", you peel it this way". She never said that to me. Bitch At boarding You're allowed one carry-on and one personal item. My friend had her backpack and a tiny tiny shoulder strap zipper bag. Boarding wouldn't let her on the plane until she put that tiny zipper bag inside her backpack, then told her to go to the back of the line. What a dick. This is a Fact at Fresno and Las Vegas airports. NEVER AGAIN! I respect myself. Never going to pay for egregious service, at check in and boarding. I hope Allegiant goes bankrupt with their ancient planes, and horrible, horrible employees.

The customer service team assists travelers with managing existing bookings, updating itineraries, exploring alternative travel options, and addressing questions throughout the travel process. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this American Airlines experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra **$140** for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, **6K**, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking American Airlines for a similar trip in the Future. But, for the first time last month, I got to fly private. That experience alone warrants 5 stars. When's your flight? 5:00pm? Try to be there at 4:45. Running a few minutes late? No problem, the plane will wait for you. The safety brief went something like this: "So, uh, you've got your seatbelts, pretty standard, just make sure they're on for takeoff and landing ...hey, does anyone want some snacks or soda? Called in about 10 minutes out and advised of our intentions. Off of the taxiway we were greeted by line service, shut down, walked in a crew car was waiting for us. The aircraft was disgusting, and the flight attendants were the WORST fight attendants you can imagine. Poor appearance, no manners, talking crap about each other, talked crap TO the passengers and even cussing! The flight to AND from our destination was OVER 2 hours late causing passengers to miss their connecting flights meaning they had to sleep I'm the airport and the flight attendant told.him he should have not been so cheap and booked through another airline if he cared so much about not missing his flight. Mind you, they were 2.5 HOURS delayed and we did not get ANY notification of it till we were boarded on the plane. That's when they sent out a message that they were going to be late. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER fly this airline again even if it were free. Worst nightmare. They should be put out of business. Do not fly with them under any circumstances or you will be sorry. You've been warned.
