Red flag number one ( too many cooks in the kitchen) the call center asked me if I was ready to bring my car in for repairs. I informed the representative " no, I would like to schedule for an estimate" the representative said " no problem" the appointment was scheduled and the representative told me the appointment would take about 30 mins. I wanted an estimate first because I'm not just going to drop off my car randomly without getting a detailed written estimate. ( I'm not a psycho) I drive 25 mins for my 11 am appointment. There is no parking. Keep that in mind for visiting. I had to park on the street. I walk in and check in and I'm quickly notified they can't provide a written estimate for my insurance. ( not wanting to turn into DMX...turn around and take a deep breath. Then I was approached by possibly a manager?? I'm not sure he was wearing sunglasses in the building. Perhaps he's an Eric Church fan? Anyways he said I'm sorry and I drove 25 mins back home. This company might be called " crash champions " Unfortunately, they are not champions of the communication. Called the call center to inform them to please educate their representatives and hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. The passed me to a supervisor to ensure it will get " escalated " that's great. My hour of my life and gas spent I guess is a cost of them educating their representatives. I can't make this crap up... I'm typing this review and I get a call from the Ontario office to bring my car in for repairs. Get your heads out of your backside.
