Found this place out of sheer luck. My family and I just hit the road to go on a vacation. A cover on the underside of our vehicle partially came off while on the freeway. Armen the owner of Allstar Auto Center is the best! Took my car in to have them replace my passenger side mirror that I had an "altercation" with getting out of my garage...as well as an oil change. I bought the mirror myself (don't go to dealerships for the type of replacement pieces as the charge is ridiculously Overpriced). He did my oil change which I paid for, but he replaced the mirror at NO charge! I was so grateful and amazed at his generosity! He is also going to help buff out scuffs I got in the side of my car ( when the "altercation" took place) for a very reasonable price. Go here!! Let's rename them to Auto Repair Shop ANGELS!!! On a road trip home from Palm Springs, over an hour away from home, my turn signal clicker malfunctioned and smoke was emitting from my steering wheel. I am beyond grateful I found myself led to Allstar AutoCenter. I was met with understanding in my frazzled, concerned and unsure state. Although they were busy, Daniel immediately took my car to the back to diagnose the problem. My girlfriend and I both said how nice the air conditioned waiting room was with couches, a water machine and bathroom available. Armen (the awesome owner of the shop) came out and gave me the most honest, straightforward info any car person ever has. OMG I wish everyone would communicate with such candor. They were able to settle the issue so I could safely return home and Armen told me EXACTLY the piece I needed to order. I drive a Hyndai with almost 92,000 miles! He also gave me the experienced (and saving me a future $10K engine rebuild) advice of "fix this small issue and sell your car while it's in great shape, before you drive another couple thousand miles and it craps out on you. Because that's what hyndai's do." It's true, happened to my last santa fe too. He even helped by looking up the Kelly Blue Book price of my car and recommending an SUV by Toyota based off the few things I told him were important to me in a car. He went so ABOVE & BEYOND! Gave me more faith in the kindness of humanity. I wish I lived closer and could take my soon to be new car to Armen's trustworthy and knowledgeable shop! So glad I found this auto shop! I was searching for a place in Rancho to get an oil change for my car. Allstar Auto Center popped up on my Yelp results and I noticed the high ratings so I decided to reach out and get a quote. The owner, Armen, was very quick to respond to my request and double confirmed that the pricing was for my specific vehicle since it is higher line. I took my car there around 11:30am on a Thursday morning and the gentlemen helping me out (I didn't catch his name) was friendly and quick to help me out. Had me fill out my vehicle and contact information then gave me an estimate of 1 hour to have the oil change completed. Came back at the designated time and met Armen while I was paying for the service. I asked about the required servicing/tune up my car would need and he was very helpful with letting me know when my car would need it (mileage wise) what they include in their package. One thing I really liked was that they aren't the typical pushy auto business trying to come up with "problems" that your car needs to have fixed and also they don't overcharge for their services. I paid $90 for my oil change which is VERY reasonable for the type of vehicle I have, other shops would have taken advantage and tried to charge double. If you're looking for a reliable auto shop I definitely recommend Allstar! I will be coming back to Allstar for future oil changes and servicing. read more

I brought my Toyota Camry in for an oil change and I was greeted with outstanding customer service :). I usually pay around $72 to $125 for an oil change at Toyota dealerships and Jiffy Lube and because of Covid, I can no longer afford such prices so Allstar Auto Centered saved me in so many ways. I got an incredible deal on the service that included full synthetic oil change, topping off all fluids, tire pressure check and tire rotations for $55. I got a coupon that I couldn't find in my purse but the owner told me no coupon needed:)))) It took about 45 mins to complete my car because they were servicing other customers ahead of me. I felt welcomed and comfortable in the waiting room. It was very well kept with clean floor and dust free furniture. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I brought my car in at 8am, told him exactly what was wrong with my whip but he still insisted he do the diagnostic that was $120. Reluctantly, I agreed and was told I'd receive a call with next course of action. I didn't get that call until 5:17pm (they close at 6pm) and they regurgitated everything I explained to them that morning. Obviously, my car wasn't going to be fixed by the time I had to go to work. When my brother and I expressed our frustration about the lack of communication, transparency, and service. We were told to get out. Businesses like this is why big businesses are winning. (One of them said he's been there for 23 years!) Took my car and within 10 minutes, done! Paid $10 for each headlight to be installed. Quick. Good work. Great price. Please do not hesitate to go to Allstar. They have built their business in being straightforward and honest. That is really uncommon with a lot of places but not here. They are particularly good with Toyota (I have) but they fix them all. I even saw them do brakes on an older Audi. Customer was happy and it was much cheaper than the dealer. read more

This is the place to go if you're in Rancho Cucamonga - whether you live there, are passing through, or you have an auto emergency and you end up there by chance - My girlfriend was driving us home from Palm Springs when smoke started coming out of the steering wheel - we got off the freeway and we ended up in the kind and capable hands of the owner, Arman and Daniel. Although they were busy, they took the time to check to see what the problem was, and gave us a quick fix so we could get home safely. Arman was honest with my friend about her Hyundai which was at 92,000 miles - that it would blow up or conk out at 100,000 miles and advised her what part to get to fix it, how much it would be worth and recommended comparable Toyotas for her to purchase as a safer option. He refused to charge us and also refused a tip for himself and Daniel - although we threw the money at them and left it there :) We were also fortuate that they had an air conditioned waiting room with water and a restroom. We were quickly on our way, feeling safe about the remainder of the trip and blown away by how we were treated. I wish they were closer to where we live, but Arman has customers from far away who make the long drive to him to service their cars, so that says a lot. First of I'm a girl so I know nothing about cars. I took my car to them because my AC wasn't working. I ended up paying for oil and filter which was pretty cheap. But for the AC they quoted me almost $600 dollars told me a list of things that had to be replaced. My boyfriend had a feeling they were BSing me so he took it to his mechanic I payed $100 for the AC motor and $65 for labor and my AC is blowing strong and cold! Needless to say they were trying to hustle me for my hard earned money. Trying to replace parts that didn't even need replacementNow I'm wondering if they even changed my oil or filter. I do not recommend anyone to go there. EDIT: to this guys response. I'm not sure who you are as I never saw you or spoke to you. And SECOND you guys did NOT charge me for the AC check you guys only charged me for an oil and filter to change. I got receipts if anyone would like to see, And THIRD I went on a Friday and you guys told me to come back on Monday because saturdays are your busiest days therefore you guys did push me to come back. And FOURTH the mechanic I went to did an amazing job and is far from cheap. And FIFTH omg fifth you guys hustled my friend Camacho. And charged him $647 for a simple "tune up". Smh. My parents have come here for over a decade, and I'm finally at the point where I have to take care of my own car. I needed an oil change, so my dad sent me here for a quick and affordable job. The Yelp information is outdated - it now is an even $20, not $16.95. I readily admit and am grateful that that is lower than most still, but something to note. So a few weeks ago I called the shop and, as I literally had never done this before, asked when the best time to come would be and how long oil changes typically take. I was very friendly and honest about my naivety when it came to how to schedule around it, but whoever answered the phone (honestly not sure whether it was the owner or manager) was incredibly rude and honestly mean. I don't know if I caught him at a bad time, but he yelled at me about trying to catch him in a guarantee just so I could go leave a bad review on Yelp or something. Obviously this isn't a positive review, but this was never my intention and the journey here started with his weird reaction to my genuine question about how the shop worked so I could plan accordingly. The shop is first come first serve, which is fine, so I went about 3 minutes after they opened yesterday and was third in line. The one guy there at the time, who was really nice and whose name was Daniel I think, said it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. No problem. I didn't need to leave for an hour and a half. So I sat in the chilly and dirty waiting room staring at bugs on the wall for an hour and a half... then realized they hadn't even STARTED on my car. At first I think okay, something must have come up on the cars before me. But no. Daniel came in and explained the other workers were late, and he was there working alone on each car in addition to serving as receptionist for new clients walking and phoning in. No wonder it took so long. So another half hour goes by, and I'm told the price will be more than expected (as mentioned earlier). In sum, Daniel was nice, management was mean, and the rest of the workers apparently couldn't be bothered to be on time so I had to sit in the gross waiting area for two hours just to pay more than Yelp claimed. Yeah, the price can't be beat still, but I'm not sure it was worth it when it came to the client experience, particularly if you have to sit and wait for your vehicle. read more

After using this company for years with our other cars and having issues with them , I choose to give them another chance ( I have a new car and needed new front brakes ) plus they had a coupon for $59 per axle. But as I should of known it was too good to be true. I was told the coupon was supposed to say per wheel not axle , even though the same coupon ran for 2 months without corrections. I was than charged not $59 per axle or even $59 per wheel but $159 plus tax to replace my front brakes. This was a total false advertisement, and than some. This business is totally unethical, and takes advantage of its customers. DO NOT USE THEM. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I got totally screwed. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge because they should have to honor the coupon they approved to be sent out. 1. I didn't get any extra work or special parts for this break job. I didn't need new rotors. I was specifically told the coupon was a mistake and the person who helped me ( not you, you weren't even there ) told me he had to talk to the manager about the supposed coupon mistake. 2. I was asked to sign the quote on the work order 2 seconds before I signed the credit card slip. I did question the pricing and was told $59 per wheel which would of begin $118 plus tax not $159 plus tax. 3. I was told I was getting brake clips as an added bonus ( woo hoo ) your business takes advantage of people who come to you expecting an honest mechanic. You can try and turn this around on me all you want but your shady business tactics are still true. Maybe if you truly cared about your customers and were honest you'd honor the coupon you printed. Since when is a coupon a starting price ? $1.00 at any other store is a $1.00 off I can't say I want a $1.50 cuz your coupon is just a starting point. I had my brakes done here, then my car started making a noise and would get louder as I drove faster brought it back told them this had been making a noise since they worked on it , they tried to tell me it was my barring's which made no sense as my car is too new, they could not get the part and told me to take it the the dealer upon taking it to the dealer that put on lift immediately as that they had not put the lug nuts on right at all my wheels were so lose they don't know how tires stayed on I could have gotten hurt or hurt others clearly these fucking people haven't a clue to what they are doing if they can't figure out that they didn't put lug nuts on right! Furious that they would try to scam me into buying barring's! Will never be back at this joke of a place! Thank god they don't make barring's aftermarket or they would have taken me for a ride ! Will not recommend anyone going here ! Especially women! Asshole! Did not drive on it as I was scared and called owner to let him know what had happened at dealer no response!
