Hello I found this place back in January for my front and back brakes job. Unfortunately I did not go since I was not sure if I needed both done. Just last months I realized that I do need it. I called them and they were super nice and I asked would the price remain the same as you quoted me back in January and they said yes. I was so surprised Once I took my car in again great customer service for sure but they indicated that they will make sure my car is secured with safety. Very disappointing experience. I spent over $400 at this shop to fix an EVAP issue and check engine light. I was told hoses and an EVAP leak were repaired, but the check engine light came right back on. I brought the car back and was then told it could be the purge valve. I paid to have that replaced too, and guess what? The check engine light came right back on AGAIN. At this point, it feels like I was paying for guesses instead of an actual diagnosis. Multiple repairs, multiple trips, hundreds of dollars spent, and the original problem still isn't fixed. If you can't properly diagnose the problem, you shouldn't keep charging customers to replace parts hoping something works. Complete waste of my time and money. I would NOT recommend this shop. I had an excellent experience with MB Auto, especially thanks to Bryant. He went above and beyond to help me with a recall warranty issue on my Sprinter. Bryant took the time to explain a product and coverage detail that he didn't have to share -- information that will ultimately saved me lots of $$$$. MB Auto Repair saved the day. Very thankful for them. Only shop that was answering after hours and on Valentines Day. They were a Godsend. They turned from a physical shop into a mobile shop and came out to where I was stranded in need of an alternator. They diagnosed over the phone based on symptoms and my vehicle having a new battery. They gave me a few estimates based on replacement part. And Labor was very reasonable based on having to come out and being after hours. They were about an hour out and when done they would have to go back in the direction they just came from. They went above and beyond of what most shops will ever do. It was starting to get dark and they just kept going to complete the job. My vehicle started and stayed on and I was safely on my way home to be with my family within a few hours. Very nice ambience and very realistic service. I got a quote on the phone and five minutes later I was there and they were already taking care of my car. The actual lounge itself has plenty of higher end treats and a keurig along with creamer. And a place to charge your phone without feeling awkward about asking. Haha. They put thought into styling the actual interior of the walls and it goes a long way in the sense of the experience. Uri is very helpful and upfront and honest about what you'll "most likely" need, before just taking your car and then hitting you with new "concerns". They are also very honest and open about the time and cost as far as how long your car will take to work on and how much it'll cost. Probably the most up front place I've been to in a while. Just FYI domt go to this establishment you do wounder why they have no customers. You'd have to watch them work on your vehicle because they'll cheat you and cut every corner. I went in for a simple oil change and the young guy and the guy that worked on my car for an oil change were very sneaky. Basically went in for a basic oil change and filter was given a price for 57.99 and all they did was change my oil with no oil filter SMFH these type of people not trying to be racist but I've continue to see these certain people try and get over on people...this is your warning to not support this place or take your chances...oh mind you I watched the guy do the oil change and these guys act like the majority of us dont know whats going or how to work on vehicles lol...sometimes we rather pay to get the job done instead of doing the work ourselves...but this place is scandalous...I knew but I didnt call them out I didnt have time for all that thats my fault but these guys are horrible. read more
